「Room was nice. Hotel was clean. Was charged for room service I did not receive. Called hotel. Wants me to mail all the details. Very complicated. We ordered a charcuterie board style room service they said we were not allowed cheese in the rooms.」

「We were only staying overnight as we travelled to family in Switzerland. The hotel is well appointed, self parking available and a beautiful view. The complimentary water in the fridge was appreciated. Breakfast was of a good standard and the staff were all very helpful and efficient」
