Located on the 1st floor 1 without lift of a secure residence, it has 4 beds (2 Adults and 2 Children or Teenagers), to spend a great holiday by the Mediterranean Sea. The closed private car park is at your disposal to park during your stay and explore the area on foot.

The spacious living room opens onto a terrace where you can share good meals with family and/or friends. Local Specialties: Fish in all its forms, such as Brandade, its famous Bourride, Bull Gardiane, Rouille Graulène different from Sète rouille...
The kitchen is open to the living room, fully equipped (4 gas hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster and kettle).
