Il residence è molto bello, la spiaggia e la baia di Pramousquier incantevoli (un po' affollate al pomeriggio, molto meglio la mattina) si trovano letteralmente a pochi passi dagli appartamenti. Abbiamo soggiornato in tre in uno studio di 23 metri quadrati, che sembrano pochi ma in realtà sono stati sfruttati in modo estremamente funzionale. Nonostante fosse agosto, non abbiamo preso il parcheggio interno (7 euro al giorno) ma abbiamo sempre trovato posto appena fuori. Buoni i servizi in zona, raggiungibili a piedi (market, pizzeria, ristorante). Prezzo ragionevole (abbiamo pagato circa 200 euro al giorno). Come miglioramento si potrebbe prevedere un cambio della biancheria da bagno ogni tre o quattro giorni. Ah, ovviamente... manca il bidet, ma fuori dall'Italia purtroppo è normale.

Nahe am schönen Strand, aber schwacher Service
Die Anlage ist schön am Strand gelegen, jedoch ist die Beschreibung der Zimmer überhaupt nicht nachvollziehbar, sodass wir nur zwei Betten, welche auch Couch dienten, sowie ein kleineres Stockbett hatten. Zudem wurde nur eine Rolle Klopapier und jeweils ein Müllbeutel für eine Woche gestellt etwas kleinlich für den Preis, dafür aber ein Set mit Spülmittel, Schwamm etc. Insgesamt gut, aber nicht überragend, dafür ist die Lage für Ausflüge sehr gut.

We hadden een aangenaam verblijf in P&V Maar een grote opmerking: het appartement was niet echt opgekuist of zeer oppervlakkig. Waarschijnlijk was het een tijdje niet gebruikt geweest want er lag hier en daar stof en de vloer was niet echt proper. Het heeft een totale opknapbeurt nodig. Maar op vakantie is men soepeler en we maakten er het beste van.

C'est un vrai plaisir de descendre à cette jolie plage depuis les appartements : au calme sur un petit chemin bordé d un petit ruisseau , au milieu d'un parc très bien entretenu. L'accueil a été parfait , l'appartement confortable, et le personnel très aimable. Le seul petit défaut est qu'il y a très peu de places de parking extérieur alors que les places en parking couvert sont payantes.

Schöne Wohnungen in einer kleinen Bucht
Wir waren für 4 Nächte dort und es hat uns gut gefallen. Wir haben zu zweit in einem Studio für 4-5 Personen gewohnt, weshalb es für uns sehr geräumig war. Leider gab es kein Doppelbett. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet und vorallem die große Terrasse hat uns gut gefallen. Der Sandstrand befindet sich direkt an der Unterkunft und ist ruhig in einer Bucht gelegen. Es waren viele Familien mit kleinen Kindern dort. Parkplätze gibt es direkt vor Ort, um in die nächsten größeren Orte zu gelangen ist ein Auto auch empfehlenswert. Zur Entspannung ist das Hotel sehr zu empfehlen :-)

Bon séjour de 6 nuits, Pierre et Vacances Pramousquier bénéficie d'un personnel exceptionnel; toujours le sourire. Le cadre est magnifique très arboré, diverses activitées sportives proposées et restaurants aux bords de la plage de qualité. Proche de St Tropez, Bormes les mimosas, Ramatuelle, Port Grimaud. . Bref je recommande cette résidence pour détente et visites alentours.

Not as good as it looks in the pictures
Our room was given to other guests & we were given a room 30 metres from the main road So it was very noisy There was No air conditioning, in an apartment in the south of France !! So the room was always very hot. The room faulty telephone rang every night at various times between 2.45 & 4.45am. You need a car at this location as the larger beaches & villages are not otherwise easily reached The free car parking places are very limited & the covered parking is chargeable at €57 a week extra. & The car parking places are very narrow

L'aménagement extérieur est magnifique, verdoyant mais surtout entretenu et d'une propreté qui force le respect. L'accueil a été sympathique, et est resté ouvert après l'heure de fermeture pour nous accueillir en dépit de notre retard. L'intérieur du studio était simple, mais propre et entretenu. L'insonorisation n'est pas le fort de ce complexe, mais ce n'est pas l'endroit qu'il faut choisir pour trouver un calme d'abbaye.

location situé aux bords d'une belle plage
Je recommande cette location pour une famille avec des enfants car il y a un accès direct sur une belle plage. Cependant nous étions 3 adultes et le rapport qualité prix est décevant car nous avions un logement sur le parking aucune vu, pas de soleil pour 240 euros pour 3 nuits... Il faut payer en plus 8 euros pour le parking par nuit et si on veut une location bien placée il faut le préciser à la réservation et cela coûte 25 euros de plus. L'arnaque quoi! Bref pour 3 personnes au mois d'octobre il est préférable d'aller à l'hôtel. Cependant pour une famille, pour une semaine c'est le même prix et la oui cela vaut le coup. Location sympa, bien placé, on peut aller à la plage, à St tropez par le col de la môle (45 min) et faire son jogging sur l'ancienne voie de chemin de fer qui longe toute la côte.

Nous avons séjournés une semaine avec nos 5 petite enfants, cet appartement annoncé pour 7 personnes est beaucoup trop petit serait correct pour 4 personnes un seul toilette une chance que nous avons eu le beau temps. Le Wifi a été en panne toute la semaine.

The good stuff: Setting is great, room was clean, kitchen was fully equipped, private beach is nice, space for 4-5 to sleep in the studio. The bad stuff: No free wifi, free parking very limited, no dish soap (despite there being a dishwasher) or hand soap. Generally, they expect that you bring all the basics. Overall, this would be good for a long stay where you can bring your own basics but isn't ideal for a weekend or short stay. Being a ways from nearby cities and not having wifi makes it tricky to plan outings. In retrospect, we might rather have stayed in Hyeres for easier access to Porquerolles.

Nice enough facilities, great beach
Overall we enjoyed our stay at this residence, the rooms were adequate if not slightly cramped (it sleeps 5 but we felt like it would be difficult for any more than 2 adults and 2 children). The sandy beach is excellent and the water is lovely and clean/clear with mostly sand underfoot. Staff were fine and answered every question we had. The area is also very nice with many nearby beaches and other nice towns to visit. There were quite a few restaurants in walking distance if you choose not to cook in your self catering room. Three are (apparently) along the beach, although we only saw two, and also another two very close on the other side of the main road. There were a few disappointments but I would only call them minor grievances, such as having to pay extra for towels and a shower mat. The shower was also poor, as the water fluctuates between freezing and boiling hot which makes bathing/showering difficult, especially with small children (we have a 2 year old). The children swimming pool is fairly basic, a 40cm deep circular pool, but it does include a shower as well useful for rinsing after being on the sandy beach before going back to your room. I also felt somewhat uncomfortable in the pool with people on the sunbeds around the pool regularly giving funny looks for disturbing their relaxation by, shock horror, playing in the pool and having fun with the little one!

Estava vindo de La Spezia (Italia) de carro e cheguei ao Hotel depois de 8 horas de viagem e muita procura, o endereço oferecido não é encontrado no GPS e não existe placas informando o local do hotel. Cheguei ao hotel 20:30 e não tinha mais ninguem para me recepcionar. Toquei campanhia e nada. Até que chegou outro hospede e me deu o codigo de abertura do portão. Nisso encontrei outra pessoa na mesma situação... Fui até a recepção e tudo apagado. Eu estava com milha filha de 1 ano e 3 meses no carro e não sabia para onde ir a essa hora. Peguei o telefone de contato e fui até um restaurante perto do hotel. Pedi a um funcionário do restaurante para ligar e me ajudar. Ligou 3 vezes e só na última atenderam. Minha esposa já estava chorando a essa hora preocupada. Me deram um codigo para entrar novamente e outro para abrir um cofre que estava com a chave do meu quarto. Me colocaram em um quarto super longe da entrada e tive que pegar roupa no carro, pq não conseguiria descer com as malas. O hotel é até legal e a praia é boa. E só. Cama pequna de casal, chuveiro ruim e local mal sinalizado.

Hotel am Meer und Restaurant am Strand
Das Hotel hat eine herrliche Lage, nur wenige Meter vom Meer und Strand entfernt. Man geht von der Hotelanlage direkt zum Meer. Am Strand gibt es vier Strandrestaurants mit gutem Essen. Wunderbar beim Sonnenuntergang. Leider hat der Service nicht so unseren Ansprüchen entsprochen. Wir hätten uns ein Lächeln an der Rezeption gewünscht. Wir haben jede Auskunft erhalten, oder auch Dinge wie ein Bügeleisen oder einen Tischgrill etc. Es fällte jedoch eine gewisse Service Excellenz. Das Appartement war nicht wirklich sauber. Das Schlafzimmer war klein, und ähnelte einem grösserem Schrank. Wir haben dann als Paar im Wohnbereich auf den schmalen Einzelbetten getrennt geschlafen. Da es keine Klimaanlage gab, freuten wir uns, die Tür zum Balkon geöffnet zu lassen. Wir stellten jedoch sehr schnell fest, dass es Mücken gab und mussten die Tür schliessen. Die Anlage hat Wasserläufe, die wohl Mücken anlocken. Der Balkon war gross genug, mit ganz einfachen weissen Plastikstühlen ausgestattet, und wir hatten einen Blick aufs Meer. Abends leider die Mücken. Es war insgesamt sehr basic, was die Ausstattung der Wohnung betraf. Wir würden es deshalb nicht weiterempfehlen.

Aufgrund der knapp bemessenen Zimmergrössen, der harten Matrazen der Bettsofas und auch sonst eher dürftiger Leistungen (normale Kaffetassen wurden nur auf Nachfrage ausgereicht, für 3 Erwachsene + 4 Übernachtungen 2 Rollen WC-Papier, weitere selbst zu kaufen) beurteilen wir das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis als schlecht. Das von uns benutzte Gebäude müsste aussen und innen besser Unterhalten bzw. teilsaniert werden (Abplatzung / Ablösung von Farbe an Türen und Wänden, Algen- und Feuchtigkeitsschäden an Aussenwänden, alte Armaturen etc.).

Nice resort in paradise location
This is a fine holiday residence resort. The rooms are extremely small but functional. The location is superb and the private beach, a paradise, even if access to beds and umbrellas is is my view far too expensive. I would recommend this hotel for stays of between two to four days.
