Man kommt in den hausflur, dort liegt laub, taschentücher, baumaterialMan geht die treppe zur wohnung hoch - manchmal bekommt man das licht an.Man kommt in die wohnung - ok? Vieles hat schon bessere zeiten gesehen. Rost an den geräten edelt sie nur.In der ganzen wohnung gibt es keine deckenlampen, 2 stehlampen und 2 nachttischfunzeln- gemütlich im bett lesen ist nicht.Die toilette ist eine katastrophe, die klobrille ist nicht fest, auch hier fehlt ausreichende beleuchtung - aber will man alles sehen?Es soll einen garten geben - wenn den jemand aufräumt vielleicht.Die parkplätze sind entweder gebührenpflicht oder 500m wegAber die lage ist gut, gegenüber ein bäcker, 200mzum zentrun.

Appart à 500m du port, une boulangerie à proximité pour avoir de bons sandwich pour les rando, parking car a 15min à pieds. Logistique impeccable.Appartement grand , fonctionnel.Très bon accueil téléphonique et sur place.

L’appartement est spacieux, propre est bien situé au centre de Le Palais. Certains éléments seraient à améliorer tel que l’éclairage, le confort du canapé et surtout l’installation de détecteurs de fumée.

Appartement très bien situé en plein centre de Le Palais. Beaucoup de clarté. Les avantages et les inconvénients de l'ancien : charme, insonorisation moindre. Pour nous c'était parfait: nous reviendrons ici avec plaisir.

Appartement agréable et bien situé. Dommage que l'isolation phonique ne soit pas bonne pour les bruits internes à l'immeuble (bruits de pas, de voix, d'escalier). L'entrée de l'immeuble est un peu vétuste. L'appartement lui a côté vieillot mais sympa.

L'appartement est merveilleusement situé dans Palais, il est clair, assez grand, traversant. Tout est réuni pour passer un agréable séjour sur cette Ile qui porte bien son nom.

Les informations du loueur sur le site sont erronées. Le propriétaire est décédé depuis novembre 2022 et sa ligne est toujours active. Nous n'avions aucun interlocuteur sur place. La personne chargée des visites attendait un appel impossible faute de rectifications. Suspicion d'escroquerie

Bonjour, Je ne peux juger l'hébergement de l'hôte car nous n'avons pu y aller. Mon hôte ne me répondant plus, nous avons été relogés à l'hôtel. Très bien. Cependant, on me dit de renvoyer ma facture et c'est une vrai galère. Je n'y parviens pas et personne ne m'aide. J'ai à faire à des personnes qui ne comprennent pas bien et me renseignent très mal. Ce n'est pas normal. D'autre part, cela n'aurait jamais dû arriver puisque j'ai appeler plusieurs fois votre plateforme avant le séjour et Abritel n'a pas été capable d'appeler le 2ème numéro de l'hôte. Celui-ci étant décédé, il ne pouvait pas répondre mais son épouse aurait répondu. Merci de vérifier que la facture de ma 2ème nuit soit bien remboursée comme promis par Olivier du service support bvro.

Découverte nuageuse de Belle île

Appartement très bien placé à moins de 5 minutes du port, tous les commerces à proximité. Il ne manque rien sauf un peu plus de lumière, il fait trop sombre à l'intérieur. Belle île vaut vraiment le déplacement même sous les nuages. Le GR est très bien balisé et rempli de belles surprises.
