A paradise on the Côte d`Azur - away from the tourist hustle and bustle ...

... in a dreamlike villa with heated pool & sea view on a former winery. The villa is located in a cul-de-sac on the edge of the nature reserve "La Colle noire". A green paradise of almost 2000 square meters allows a high degree of privacy. The view sweeps from the terrace over the Mediterranean to the Gulf of Toulon. The beach is about 1 km away with cafes and restaurants. The coastline of Provence d'Azur is untouched and protected, with small beaches and bays. We are within easy reach of the islands of Porquerolles, Port Cros and the Ile du Levant, world famous for their clear waters and protected marine life. Hyères and the Giens peninsula are less than half an hour's drive away, the city of Toulon is less than 10 km away and St. Tropez with its wonderful surroundings is hardly an hour's drive away. On the other west coast, the wine region around Bandol and the famous calanques, sea bays with fantastic views and good hiking opportunities await you.

Our villa "Mas de la Tourette"

Our house is not a luxury villa in a modern style, but an estate with a Provencal lifestyle, which is robust both inside and out. The original winegrower's house dates from 1870, was expanded in the 50s and was fundamentally renovated about 10 years ago and equipped with a wonderful heated pool. The garden is a green paradise of various plantings.
The villa has up to 10 beds in 5 bedrooms, usually with associated bathrooms, but at least with washing or Shower facilities. All rooms are fully air conditioned. Four of them have a direct view of the Mediterranean. You can enjoy life from morning to evening on two terraces.

Très jolie propriété au calme, proche de la mer. La piscine est très belle aussi. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette magnifique région. Traumhaftes Haus mit schönem Garten

Wir waren nur zu zweit mit unserem Hund in diesem traumhaften Haus. Es war alles sehr schön. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Küche war gerade frisch renoviert und sehr groß und übersichtlich. Alles, was man hätte gebrauchen können, war vorhanden und sehr gepflegt. Die Zimmer waren auch alle schön und gemütlich. Das Grundstück ist eingezäunt und der Garten sehr gepflegt, so dass wir uns auch um unseren Hund nicht sorgen mussten. Die Lage ist ideal und sehr ruhig. Der Pool wunderbar. Wir haben es sehr genossen. Leider ging die Zeit viel zu schnell herum, deshalb würden wir sehr gerne wiederkommen.

Tolles Haus, wir haben unsere Ferien genossen. Einzig der Pool sollte besser unterhalten werden damit das Badevergnügen durchgehend ist, besonders bei diesen heissen Temperaturen.

Promising stay - disappointing experience

Upon booking, the villa appeared promising. However, our stay was marred by several issues. Upon arrival, we noticed overflowing trash bins from prior guests. Despite our expectations, no one came to clear them, leaving us to manage our waste in an already congested space. To our dismay, upon departure, we were chided for leaving trash, despite our efforts to minimize waste and responsibly segregate recyclables. Additionally, a tropical storm damaged two sun umbrellas during our stay, for which we were unexpectedly charged 800 euros. While the property itself is picturesque, the nearby beaches were underwhelming, often dirty. This led us to drive an hour daily to pristine beaches like those in Nice, Antibes, Villefranche-sur-Mer, or Cap d’Ail. In summary, our experience was less than satisfactory. While the property has potential, the issues we faced make it unlikely for us to return or recommend

Sejour agréable entre la piscine et les plages. Tres belle demeure, tres beau jardin paysage. Cuisine trop petite, besoin de rafraichissement, surtout dans les sanitaires. Un wc hs, tres peu de debit d eau, plafonnier salle de bain qui s eteint tout seul. Moustiquaires endommagées ou qui se bloquent.

Grande villa avec belle piscine

On a adoré notre séjours au pradet. On y séjournait en famille à 5 donc énormément de place. L’environnement est calme et on s’y sent chez soi. La piscine est top. Villa bien équipée. L’accueil parfait! On y séjournait pour le kite à Hyeres mais on a également loué un bateau pour faire les îles, très sympa. Villa à recommander.

Belle maison ancienne conforme à l'annonce. Spacieuse et agréable à vivre pour une famille de 9 personnes (dont 1 bébé). Sauf la cuisine qui est très petite et dans laquelle il manque un micro onde. Jardin et piscine très agréables dans un cadre calme et tranquille. Quelques petits désagréments d'intendance à l'arrivée, sans conséquence sur notre séjour et très vite résolus par des propriétaires réactifs et charmants. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour et recommandons cette location

Ein Landhaus zum Wohlfühlen- alles was man braucht- mit Meerblick in totaler Stille

Ein provenzialisches Landhaus, wie man es sich vorstellt. Alle Annehmlichkeiten sind vorhanden, ohne übertriebenen Schnickschnack. Mit einem traumhaften Pool und einem großen, vielseitigen Garten fällt es schwer, das Grundstück überhaupt zu verlassen. Mit fünf Schlafzimmern haben wir uns wunderbar mit 10 Personen arrangiert. Die Umgebung ist herrlich grün, man lässt sich mit dem Fahrrad zum ersten Strand einen Kilometer lang herunterrollen. Nur die Küche könnte etwas größer sein, wenn man gewohnt ist, viel zu kochen. Dafür stehen mehrere Terrassen mit Traumblick zur Verfügung. Insgesamt haben sich jung und alt sehr wohlgefühlt!
