From the living area, you have direct access to a 7 m2 balcony furnished with outdoor seating and offering a partial view of the mountains. The bathroom on this level includes a shower and a separate WC. On the upper floor, the first bedroom measures 10 m2 and features sloping ceilings with a ceiling height ranging from 110 cm to 225 cm, and is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The second bedroom measures 9 m2, also with sloping ceilings at the same height range of 110 cm to 225 cm, and is equipped with 2 single beds each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length.
