「Location is great, staff is great (shout out to Malickie for assisting my sister with a room issue and to Riyadh for assisting us with a seamless checkout and airport transfer!!) My only criticism is the shower drain was extremely clogged, causing a flood in the first couple minutes. We didn’t address it to the staff since it was a short stay for us so we just dealt with it but other than this, a lot of pluses and I would recommend! 」

「Great location and very clean hotel. However, the receptionist was rude, did not speak English well, and was unprofessional for a 5-star hotel. Pool service was poor no menu available, and it took almost 45 minutes to receive one. Other than that, the hotel is very good.」

「Ich war sehr zufrieden hier. Deshalb war ich auch 2 x innerhalb von 2 Wochen dort. Das Hotel liegt in einem Viertel mit vielen Restaurants und Läden. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß und gut ausgestattet Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zimmerwünsche werden, nach Verfügbarkeit gerne erfüllt. Parken ist unten in der hoteleigenen Parkgarage. Ich würde jederzeit wieder hier übernachten.」

「What a spectacular find in Jeddah. Usually I would stay further south in the city. However, this location is so much better. It's safer. It's closer to a world of choices of food to pick from. On top of all these, the service is great, the place is kept clean and the food provided is abundant and clean. 」
