Bottom of friendly villa, located in Vert-Pré, town located in the center of Martinique (grocery stores, post office, annex
town hall ). You will stay in this ventilated housing with a surface of 120m2 (covered terrace of 25m2), with swimming pool and lush garden (flowers, mango trees, mandarin, coconut trees ....). Diving in the heart of authentic Martinique, you will be ideally placed to visit the North and the South. 15 minutes from the first
 beach (Trinidad), 20 minutes from the airport.

nous avons passé un excellent séjour .. le logement est situé en campagne mais son emplacement permet de visiter toute l ile. Le logement est simple mais fonctionnel Merci à Angelique, Leopold et Rolande (notre coatch sportif) pour leur accueil et gentillesse. au plaisirs

Accueil excellent avec repas typique qui nous attendait dès notre arrivée dans le frigo Plan des visites proposés par les propriétaires Propriété impeccable, très bien entretenu dù au propriétaire sur place Seul inconvénient à citer sur l annonce : propriétaire présent sur place durant tout le séjour ;surtout la propriétaire qui a toujours été sur notre dos du coup on ne s est pas senti chez nous durant les 3 semaines. Sinon très bonne entente avec le reste de la famille qui est très chaleureuse Je recommande vivement l endroit

Nous ne sommes pas exigeants, mais nous trouvons indispensable de restaurer cet appartement (humidité, ameublement pas entretenu -literie, tiroirs, portes- cuisinière rouillée, douche sans pression, tuyau en mauvais état, ...) Il faudrait nettoyer l'ensemble de l'habitation. Dommage, car cet appart pourrait être très agréable, mais dans l'état, le montant de la location n'est pas justifié, trop élevé!

great house with amazing view and wonderful hosts

Sylvain picked us up from the airport! it was great to have someone there when we arrived and to show us the way to the house(the island can be tricky to navigate at night). He was also always available either on the property or by text for everything we needed. We loved every minute of our stay. The kids had a great time running around the property and swimming in the pool. It was more then big enough for our family of 4. The people around the area are extremely nice and helpful. sylvain cut coconuts from the tree for us(made over a liter of coconut water). You will not regret staying here.
