Ty Lodge Reunion, a charming 4-star rated villa, offers all modern comforts in a peaceful setting, with stunning views of the Indian Ocean, the mountains, and a beautiful tropical garden. The villa is designed to accommodate up to 6 guests.




The heated swimming pool, surrounded by an exotic wooden deck, is perfect for relaxation, leisure, and exercise. Featuring a jacuzzi area and a counter-current swim system, it can be enjoyed all year round. Whether swimming at sunset overlooking the ocean or under the stars with the city lights twinkling below, you'll create unforgettable memories.




Ideally located for exploring the island, the villa is close to some of Reunion's most spectacular hiking trails, the famous Piton de la Fournaise volcano, the wild southern coastline, and the vibrant historic town of Saint-Pierre. Within less than 30 minutes, you can also enjoy snorkeling or diving among the colorful fish of the lagoon. Just a 5-minute walk away, the beautiful Parc des Palmiers offers a wonderful place to stroll and unwind.




With 110 m² of living space, the villa comfortably accommodates 6 guests. It features a spacious living room, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, three comfortable bedrooms, including a master suite with an en-suite walk-in shower room, a family bathroom, and two toilets, one of which is separate.




The outdoor area includes two covered terraces, a large exotic wood deck, a lush tropical garden, and panoramic views of the ocean, mountains, and coastline.




The villa is fully equipped to ensure maximum comfort, including high-speed fiber Wi-Fi, cable TV, air conditioning in the living room, washing machine, dishwasher, tumble dryer, heated towel rails, and all bed linen and towels provided.

The single-level accommodation, accessible from the parking area via a staircase, is arranged as follows:



Living Area

A spacious 36 m² air-conditioned living room featuring a television, Bluetooth soundbar, telephone, sofa, armchairs, storage units, and a dining area.

The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, refrigerator, cooktop, Senseo pod coffee machine, drip coffee maker, and radio.



Sleeping Area

Each of the three bedrooms is furnished with a queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm), wardrobe or closet space, and ventilation and heating equipment.

One bedroom features an electric adjustable bed and a private en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet, and heated towel rail.



Bathrooms and Toilets

A family bathroom equipped with a traditional Creole-style shower-bathtub combination, double washbasin, heated towel rail, washing machine, and tumble dryer.

Outdoor Area

A magnificent 300 m² tropical garden filled with pandanus trees, palm trees, coconut palms, and tropical flowers.

Two covered 20 m² verandas (varangues) facing southwest offer unobstructed views of the ocean, mountains, garden, and swimming spa. They are furnished with outdoor dining furniture, chairs, sun loungers, and a barbecue.

For added convenience, guests also have access to an iron, ironing board, baby cot, and cradle.
