It is fully equipped for families with children: 2 cots, 2 high chairs, a changing table and all the ideal silicone crockery for toddlers 📍The house is located in Léaupartie, 5 minutes from the beautiful villages of Cambremer and Bonnebosq with all the shops and useful amenities. The nearest supermarket is a 12-minute drive away in Dozulé (Super U). The coast is 25 minutes away: the superb beaches of Cabourg and Houlgate are yours! You will be in the heart of the Vallée d'Auge and its famous cider route: Cambremer, Beuvron en Auge and Crèvecoeur are all historic villages that you will enjoy visiting. 🛏 A beautiful and very cosy sleeping area: - On the ground floor: 1 double bedroom on the ground floor with a 160 cm bed giving access to the reception room on the ground floor and a separate toilet. - On the ground floor: 2 beautiful double bedrooms (160 cm beds) with their bathrooms (equipped with toilets). - On the second floor: 2 bedrooms with 140 cm beds and 1 bedroom with 1 single bed 90 cm cm. The ground floor has 1 bathroom with bath and toilet. - The house is in a very peaceful village and surrounded by apple tree fields: restful sleep guaranteed for all! 🛋️The living space is also richly furnished, with two living rooms equipped with fireplaces and comfortable sofas, a TV, a large library with books for young and old, board games for all ages... It's impossible to get bored! 🚿 There are a total of 3 bathrooms and 5 toilets (2 of which are separate) in the house: no stress... 🏖️ Is the beach far away? the beaches of Cabourg and Houlgate are 25 minutes away by car. 🛒 What do we eat? A vast subject... but the answer will probably be found at the market of Crèvecoeur (every day except Wednesday), that of Dozulé (Tuesdays and Fridays) or simply in the commercial area of Dozulé 12 minutes away by car (Super U, tobacconist, bakeries). 🎉 We have fun in all weathers: when the weather is nice, table tennis, badminton, petanque or molky will keep you busy for many hours! When it gets dark (or on rainy days) you can count on the many books and board games to entertain young and old! 🖥️You can even work: the house is connected to fibre and screens are even available on request. But you also have the right to cut... 🍽️ Everything you need to enjoy: a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, steamer, raclette machine, Nespresso coffee machine, filter coffee maker, kettle, and children's crockery (bib, crockery and silicone cutlery...). 🌱🌿 🫧🍃 Get out (the) cutlery: a beautiful sunny terrace equipped with garden furniture and a dining area as comfortable as they are beautiful to allow you to enjoy a BBQ or a drink with family or friends. 👶 Travel light with your children: no need to overload yourself, we have 2 travel cots (with thick mattresses, sheets and mattress pads), 2 high chairs and 1 baby bath on site. So that the little ones are as good as the adults! 🐾 Your pets are welcome, don't hesitate to talk to us when booking! 🚗 Parking: you can park directly in front of the outbuilding within the property, no need to look for a place to park! 🔑 Come as you are: arrival and departure are as simple and fast as possible in complete autonomy. Our head of the house will contact you to answer all your questions and will come and check on you (if you wish). We will do our best to facilitate your arrival and exit, even if it is + early or + late than our usual hours. 💰 We have everything included: cleaning, linen, towels... everything is included in our prices, no unpleasant surprises or supplements! Coffee, tea and other kitchen essentials are also available to make your stay easier. 🚗 Parking: you can park directly in front of the outbuilding within the property, no need to look for a place to park! 🔑 Come as you are: arrival and departure are as simple and fast as possible in complete autonomy.
