Great property! Better than whats depicted in the photos, the beds were super comfy. We had plenty of beds for our large 23 person group (which is always hard to find) pool was great, the views were great, our friends got engaged during the trip with an amazing sunset backdrop! Plenty of games and stuff to do. Our group definitely wants to go back

Amenities were in good condition. There was a gas leak in the bunk bed room next to the pool house. The smell was very nauseating and it made that room/area unusable. We had a great stay considering

The bedrooms and family room were spacious. The pool and hot tub were relaxing. The location was easy to get to even with a lowered adapted wheelchair van. I had room to set up a 18 foot wheelchair ramp to the stairs in the back of the property. The best view is the upstairs master bedroom in the main cabin. The host was very prompt keeping in contact. It was very kind of him to send a cleaning crew to offer more supplies. This was the perfect rental to modify for someone in a wheelchair. My father enjoyed his time with here and I am grateful for the memories in such a beautiful, peaceful location.

Khalil Ranch was an excellent setting for our extended family to spend a long Thanksgiving weekend. Bedrooms are clean, spacious and beds are very comfortable. Living areas are large and comfortable. Pool, sauna, and hot tub are wonderful and got lots of use. Game room is a blast. Kitchen is on the small side but super well equipped. Location very close to several great mountain hikes. Highly recommended!

Very large property that indeed has 10 separate bedrooms and can indeed accommodate many people. There are actually 3 separate buildings. The pool is large and game room is fun. We enjoyed it a lot. Note that pool heating is a separate charge. Kitchen is small but there's plenty of space in other areas of the house for gatherings. We also enjoyed extra furniture in the garage (like folding chairs and tables), used it to setup a formal dinner for all guests.

This house was awesome!! We had a team retreat and it was perfect! The host, Sam, is super kind, flexible and easy-going. The pool and hot tub were functioning and clean. The games in the garage were all functioning. There were enough beds for everyone, and they were all so comfy. 10/10 stay.

Stayed here a couple weeks ago, and it was a fantastic place to stay with such a large group! We had 14 people with plenty of beds leftover to accommodate even more if needed. Lots of space, and a great place to relax. Will definitely be staying here again!

Overall the entire experience was excellent. The property is EXCELLENT, especially if you have a large family group that would include children (we did not, but we act like kids). The multiple "houses" where people can stay, the indoor pool, and the game room really make this place stand out. Check in instructions and directions were super clear and easy to follow. Sam is very responsive. Overall could not ask for better.

Great for Our "Hiker Formal" Wedding

We rented Sam's home to host our family and close friends for my daughter's wedding reception. Everyone had plenty of space and slept comfortably. We used the patio for the wedding reception, and it was magical. Sam was flexible and very communicative, which is so important when hosting a wedding.
