apartment has spacious and bright interiors, cozy and furnished with

From the hallway with built-in closets, a corridor leads to the different rooms. On the left side there is a spacious living room with a large sofa and TV for relaxing moments, 1 double bedroom and 1 bedroom with a double sofa bed.
Along the right side of the corridor is the large living room with open kitchen, beautiful table with chairs for dining, comfortable sofa. In this living area two windows lead outside to the spacious balcony.
Completing the apartment are 2 shower rooms and a laundry area with washing machine.

The Maison Mazzini vacation apartment is located in Lecce, right in the center, a short walk from Piazza Mazzini.
It is one of the liveliest areas of the city, with the shopping streets
at your fingertips, and the beautiful historic center also within
walking distance.
The nearest beaches are those of Lecce:
San Cataldo, Torre Chianca, and Frigole, which can also be reached by
bus. Also very close are the beaches of Porto Cesareo, just 30 minutes away by car. 


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Check-in details: WELCOME POINT in Via Silvio Pellico 23 - Lecce (at the agency Lupiae Vacanze).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 15 per person.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Air conditioning in the kitchen and in the double bedroom.
- Optional garage space for euro 10 per night.
