Fredericka was so very cheerful & extremely helpful. She gets 6 stars for herself!! The room was very clean and the location is fantastic. You can walk out of the back door into the old city. The room was small & a very compact bathroom but the bed was firm & very comfortable, as were the pillows. The Breakfast had excellent choices & was made to order.

Nice hotel but odd billing procedure

Nice hotel, well located. Room was clean and comfy. Beware they actually charge your credit card for the deposit and it will appear on your credit card bill for payment. If your statement closes, and you pay your card in full to avoid interest charges, you have to cough up a chunk of money. Then, when you check out, they reverse the deposit they charged and charge your card for total amount due. Very weird, annoying and confusing. Never have encountered this with the many hotels I've stayed in over the years.

The location was wonderful. Walk out the back door and you are in old LECCE. It had a quirky environment, modern amenities, a wonderful breakfast, where you could place an order for the food, wonderful front desk staff. The room was large, clean with a lovely outdoor patio. The best part of the whole hotel was that they had a washing machine in a dryer, which really helped us during our three weeks stay in Italy. I would absolutelyrecommend this hotel.

Buena ubicación pero mejoren su atención

Habitación limpia- no saquen las toallas para ir a la playa porque no te las reemplazan. Hay que alquilar por 5 euros una toalla abajo. Las almohadas un poco duras e incómodas. La atención de abajo en el counter súper básica, no nos dieron mapa del sitio en ningún momento. Lo que más me gustó- el desayuno espectacular y la atención del único chico que habla español fue estupenda. El fue el más servicial y educado de todos!! Los demás parecen mal humorados. Ni se diga de la chica que nos servía desayuno en la mañana que hasta nos llamó la atención por llevarnos un sándwich adicional.

This is the place to stay with new spacious rooms, steps to the old town and amazingly lovely staff. Breakfast was a real highlight - being an Australian to have eggs and avocado on toast! Molto bene!

Incrível! Hotel boutique super bem localizado, com estacionamento pago em frente, o que facilitou tudo pois estávamos de carro. O café da manhã é excelente, e o centro histórico está logo atrás do hotel. Perfeito!

Great small hotel. Around the corner from the historic district. Staff was wonderful. Staff was very helpful in planning excursions/ taxis or transportation. Morning breakfast was included and was wonderful with many options and served. Would definitely return and recommend for visiting Lecce

A hotel that isn’t sure what it wants to be - a hotel or a hostel. Good quality room in general, comfortable bed, good bathroom, proper hairdryer etc. It was noisy at night - from the road outside and the cars and people passing and in the corridors from people coming and going and talking loudly. The doors are heavy and make a big noise when closed, accompanied by rooms that are not well sound insulated, added to it being the kind of hotel where young people stay and come back to the room very late, and our sleep was disturbed many times
