Owner was available by phone to help us with guidance for our check in and parking options.location is ideal within 4 minute walk from the central square.spent 2 nights there.very quiet neighborhood.on our return to our room the first night the owner had left us a great bottle of wine and some treats with 2 wine glasses

We had a lovely and spacious room, and there is a nice terrace on the roof. The shared kitchen is adequate, but there is not much common space.

Last minute geboekt omdat het andere verblijf gecanceld was. Locatie was echt top, midden in het oude centrum en op 5-10 min lopen gratis parkeren. Snel contact met eigenaar en leuke tips gekregen. Zelf inchecken ging erg gemakkelijk en tijdig alle informatie gekregen. Op internet niet altijd goede recensies gelezen, maar echt alles aan het verblijf was top!

wonderful location, room, amenities, and host!

the room and house were extremely clean with lots of creative and functional design choices throughout. the location is in a very quiet spot that is at the same time very well situated to access the rest of the centro storico, the train station, the parks, markets, etc. finally Danilo is a wonderful and friendly host, available for any questions and issues, while also leaving guests ample privacy. he was very active in accommodating our vegan and gluten-free diet for the included breakfast .. speaking of, the kitchen is fully functional and contains all essentials for preparing nice meals. overall a wonderful stay, grazie mille Danilo!

I wrote this to the manager, no need anything else to say: can not believe how your place is in business!!! I had been traveling and staying in places for the last 3 months. Never we encountered a place so poorly run or misrepresented as yours. The thing you call breakfast doesn’t exist. You don’t have any measures in place to protect us from other guests regarding food handling, particularly now with the COVID! What you call breakfast as insulting, packed cheap croissants? Really? No coffe, no fresh water? No extra toilet paper in the bathrooms? Blankets are smelly, clearly not sanitized. We spent 15 Euros a day in breakfast plus the inconvenience of having to go out because of your misleading. I will request Expedia a full refund. Mattress is stained and broken down. You gave us towels that were wet at check in. I can keep going on but I will not .

Unterkunft in unmittelbarer Nähe der Fußgängerzone

Wir hatten 3 Übernachtungen im Zimmer hinter dem Eingangsbereich neben der Küche für die Gemeinschaft. Es ist leider recht laut wenn Mitbewohner aus der oberen Etage sich in der Küche aufhalten. Das Frühstück ist sehr überschaubar aber für den kleinen Hunger ausreichend. Das Zimmer geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sauber. Badezimmer klein aber fein. Kein Parkplatz vor der Tür vorhanden, mussten einige 100 m entfernt parken. Die Lage in der Altstadt perfekt und ür einen Kurzaufenthalt zu empfehlen.

Making your own coffee and eating croissants from a plastic bag , do your dishes is not what I or we expected. Hot cold, cold hot shower every 15 seconds is frustrating. Very small place, neglected to say the least . No parking. Spent more than one hour finding the place, parked the car 20 minutes away from the B&B. Enough said. Not to be recommended and never again.

This is a great location in the heart of the old town. Danilo has brought his own touch to the interiors Breakfast is basic. The rooms have real charm. The shower slightly temperamental but it's a valid trade off for the location, I think. Really into recycling and reusing which I love and did everything he could to make our stay enjoyable. You can't go wrong picking this property.

Ci aspettavamo di meglio rispetto alle foto. Come sistemazione d'appoggio per qualche giorno non era male però c'erano alcune note negative. La colazione non era per niente vasta e non c'erano prodotti freschi, l'area comune per fare colazione era molto piccola . Le pulizie della camera non avvenivano giornalmente. La camera nel complesso era confortevole.

Questo B&B nel centro di Lecce è molto accogliente, con una decorazione vintage originale, e che ti fa sentire proprio come a casa. La stanza era molto comoda e c'era tutto il necessario per la mia permanenza. Dario è gentilissimo e sempre disponibile. Dopo il check-out mi ha permesso di lasciare la valigia lì fino a sera senza problemi. Insomma, un'esperienza da ripetere. Lo consiglio vivamente!
