Idyllic balcony in the heart of old town

This property was perfectly located to explore Lecce. With a massive terrace overlooking a beautiful square, the apartment is the perfect home base for a stay in Lecce. The owners were so kind and helpful with the check in process. Highly recommend!

Amazing place to stay

It was very easy to find, Emilia recommended “Parkejoo” to park our car, it was a quick walk in. Yummy restaurants very close by, very central in the old town. The rooftop suite was full of luscious green plants, sun chairs, great air conditioning inside. We arrived early and could leave our luggage til checkin. Would stay here again

Beautifully maintained rooftop apartment in the heart of Lecce

Very clean, spacious rooftop apartment in the walls of Lecce. Great location close to restaurants and shopping. Google maps sent us to the wrong spot when we first arrived but the manager sent us a pin and that worked. The apartment has a lovely, spacious, patio. Covered parking is a 10-15 walk and 20 euros/day. Overall, the apartment is beautifully maintained and exceeded our expectations.

Very nice, clean, and well located. Only draw back are the 80 steps up to the penthouse. It would be hard to carry luggage up. We parked in Parkejoo lot. 25 euro per day, easy walk to the unit.

Oasis in the middle of the city

The modern rooftop garden location, in the middle of town was absolutely amazing. All conveniences were provided. Emilia and her husband were wonderful hosts and so helpful with any questions we had. There are some stairs to reach your perfect location, but if you can't handle climbing, Italy may not be for you anyway! This place was just perfect. We hope to come back one day.

A beautiful place over the roofs of Lecce . Decorated elegantly Italian style by the owners. On the practical side you have to know that you need to climb 80 steps to access the apartment. The owners found us help for our luggage as we are im Puglia for seven weeks Catherina the owners daughter who speaks English was very helpful

Wonderful stay…on a rooftop

We spent a marvellous week at Emilia’s appartement. The appartement is not only well equipped but has a contemporary style. The terrasse is wide, full of plants and flowers and offer a magnificent view looking over the Piazza Vittorio Emanuel II. Despite the fact that there’s no elevator, it absolutely worth the additional effort once we are at the appartement. Emilia has been a wonderful host. It is very well located with very good restaurants and other services around. Definitely a place where we would go back if we travel again in the Puglia.

Directions to the apartment were not clear. We went three different locations after texting Emilia the owner. There are 80 steps (we counted them)up to the penthouse with 2large suitcases. Emilia was at the top to greet us! We had to pay to have someone help us. This should be identified in her VRBO descriptionShe speaks no English and got someone to translate. Everything was what NOT to do and Rules of the house. We had to eventually ask to see the apartment! Last thing was she would be coming up each morning to feed her two turtles that she had on the terrace. This is the first time that we stayed in a place where nothing was provided. Fridge empty. Only thing she showed us was the organic waste bin that we had to change daily. Also told is that the water tank caused by air conditioner MUST be emptied daily by us Emilia never asked if we needed anything or checked in on us. The large terrace was beautiful.

Mejor imposible!Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt (8 Tage) vom ersten bis zum letzten Tag genossen. Das Appartement ist genauso schön wie auf den Fotos dargestellt und alles sehr sauber. An Küchenutensilien ist auch alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Lage des Appartements könnte nicht besser sein, mitten im historischen Zentrum mit schönem Blick auf den Platz und die Gebäude ringsherum. Emilia ist eine äußerst angenehme Gastgeberin. Wir wurden am Abend unserer Ankunft sehr nett von ihr empfangen und während unseres Aufenthalts war sie jederzeit gut erreichbar, hilfsbereit und schnell. Wir hätten es nicht besser treffen können und werden jederzeit gern wiederkommen!

La casa risponde esattamenta alla descrizione riportata sul sito e se vogliamo ancora di più per quanto riguarda il meraviglioso spazio esterno. La particolare cura per gli arredi e per gli allestimenti ne fanno veramente una dimora accogliente e rilassante. Menzione particolare per gli allestimenti botanici del terrazzo e i pezzi di arredo di tradizione locale antica che rendono tutto molto bello. Merito di tutto ciò è da ascrivere unicamente ai due simpaticissimi e disponibilissimi proprietari Emilia e Felice che pur abitando l'appartamento sottostante adottano sempre la massima discrezione e riservatezza nei confronti degli ospiti, restando però a disposizione per eventuali problematiche e/o richieste riguardanti il soggiorno.
