Everything you need

The house is simple but had all the facilities that we needed. San Cyprien beach is 5 minutes by car and a very nice beach. A bit further (30-45min) to go to Bonifacio and the other beautiful beaches on the east coast. Many grocery stores close to the house You will definitely need a car - it is too far to walk even to the Cala Rossa beach The pool is large and nice

Die Unterkunft ist in einer ruhigen Ferienanlage gelegen und für eine Familie mit 4 Personen gut geeignet. Wir waren nur mit 2 Personen da. KücheDie Ausstattung ist gut, es ist alle da was man im Urlaub braucht. Auch eine Kaffeemaschine (Filter), obwohl diese nicht in der Beschreibung stand. In der Grundausstattung und dem Bettwäsche - und Handtuchset ist kein Geschirrhandtuch dabei, also einpacken :-) (40 Euro für das Start Set - da hätten wir einen wöchentlichen Tausch gut gefunden, oder etwas mehr Handtücher)SchlafzimmerEinfaches Bett aber eine gute Matratze. Tendenziell eher härter, was für uns sehr gut war. Die im Kinderzimmer haben wir nicht probiert. BadEher einfach eingerichtet mit Trockner und Waschmaschine. Der Warmwasserspeicher steht ebenfalls unverkleidet im Raum, das wirkte nicht sehr wertig. Die Dusche ist geräumig und schön, nur der Wasserdruck war etwas schwach, was beim waschen von langen Haaren nicht so schön ist. TerrasseSchöne Terrasse mit einem Grill. Am Morgen hat man hier Sonne, den Abend und Nachmittag kann man den Schatten geniessen. Der Tisch könnte mal wieder geschliffen und etwas gepflegt werden. Der Gasgrill braucht etwas Vorlauf zum Aufwärmen, aber ist sonst super!LageDie Entfernung zum Strand beträgt mehr als 1,5km, was für uns kein Problem war, da wirr Farräder dabei hatten. Mit Kindern und Strandgepäck eher schwierig, da man ein Stück an einer befahrenen Straße gehen muss.

Tres bon sejour. On s'est senti tout de suite tres bien. Location tres bien équipée. La literie est nickel et hyper confortable. Nous avons apprecié le calme et la piscine est tres belle. Le barbecue au gaz hyper simple à utiliser. Le seul petit point à noter c'est que la plage n'est pas à 800m. La plage de st cyprien est à 20 minutes à pied et malheureusement nous n'avons pas accès à la petite porte de la residence d'à côté et le petit bout de departemental avant le chemin est tres dangereux. Donc la plage à pied attention attention!

Nous avons passé un bon momentàa Cala Rossa, à decouvrir les randonnées et criques.le seul bemole est la proximité de la route bruyante et le quack du portail fermé sans que nous ayons le code. La maison est acceuillante et la terrase dort agreable. Merci

Sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung in guter Lage

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und liegt gut. Bäcker und Strand sind jeweils in 5-10 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur lief via WhattsApp sehr gut, aber leider ausschließlich auf französisch. Am Pool gibt es leider weder Liegen noch Sonnenschirme und das Wasser aus der Dusche am Pool roch bei unserem Aufenthalt sehr unangenehm. Ansonsten war der Pool super. Unser einziges echtes Problem waren die Mücken, die leider sehr zahlreich und zu allen Tages- und Nachtzeiten sehr aktiv waren.
