Only 100 meters from the lakefront and 400 meters from the train station , this location is perfect for enjoying the city entirely on foot. Despite being in a pedestrian area, public parking is conveniently available about 100 meters away .
Both apartments are tastefully furnished and equipped with modern comforts , high-end finishes , smart access via code or key card, high-speed Wi-Fi , air conditioning, Smart TV, and fully equipped kitchens. Perfect for both tourists and professionals , they offer separate yet connecting spaces , ideal for shared stays with maximum privacy and flexibility.
Spacious and bright, AQUA is the main apartment, designed for guests who appreciate a cozy and well-distributed layout. The living area includes a fully equipped open kitchen (induction cooktop, microwave, dishwasher) and a comfortable double sofa bed. On the left side, you'll find the double bedroom and a modern bathroom with a large shower. An internal door connects AQUA to SAXUM (usually closed), making it ideal for larger groups or business travelers looking for independence within the same space.

In accordance with local regulations, the Municipality may apply a tourist tax.
The tax must be paid prior to check-in, during the online registration process. The amount is calculated automatically by the system after entering the guest details.
Failure to pay the tourist tax, if applicable, may result in the cancellation of the reservation, as it is a mandatory requirement set by the Municipality. . Check-in: Check-in at the property is allowed only after all guests have been registered and the contract has been signed. The standard check-in window is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM; guests are kindly requested to send a message at least 12 hours in advance, specifying a 30-minute time slot for their expected arrival.  
For late check-in, availability must be confirmed by sending a request to the House Manager.  
Where available, guests may opt for self check-in; however, in this case, they must contact the property to arrange an in-person meeting within the following 24 hours. .
