I would not recommend the house for families with small children because the house is furnished with a lot of light-colored furniture and area rugs—not a good mix with toddlers. “The house was exactly as described. It was perfect for the adults and kids- plenty to do indoors and out- we found no reason to leave. We spent our days lounging in the sun, kayaking, and showing our kids our fav old school games. “You only learned after booking that the owner would be in the basement at all times and moving cars around constantly. That was not explained in the listing. He also mowed the lawn while we were there, which was not pleasant while trying to nap. The keypad to enter the home doesn’t work properly and you have to type the code multiple times to finally enter. The beds are not comfortable at all.
