A beautiful, clean apartment which far exceeded my expectations. I would say that perhaps a bit more signage for reception is necessary as it took me a while to find where it was. It's actually behind the blood donor centre down an alley way to the left, that was the only tricky bit.

A good city centre choice

Overall, a great place to stay. In places, the apartment was looking a little tired; for example, the grout around the shower looks like it could do with a deep clean or replacing. The TV seemed to struggle with WiFi and the phone charging points by the bed didn’t seem to work. Plus, in the kitchen , one of the larger rings in the kitchen wasn’t working properly. All minor issues, but ones that if you’re striving for 5 stars, need improving. Make sure you check the location and directions before staying as like other guests have said, it’s initially tricky to find, but a great location all the same.

We haven’t stayed here for a few years and it’s not as great as it used to be. First impressions were negative - reception is hard to find, it’s only “open” 3-6pm and even then you have to press a buzzer to get in (which is not always answered), the reception seemed to be a meeting point for the cleaners to chat at which is not very professional and the lady who checked us in didn’t really seem to know what she was doing - she gave us the key but didn’t tell us the room number, she gave us a discount code for the parking which didn’t work and the directions she gave us to find the building for our apartment were incorrect. We booked the apartment 4 months ago and were disappointed to be given an accessible room in which the shower flooded the whole bathroom every time we used it! We weren’t even told at check in that it was that type of room! The apartment itself was fine. Nice and spacious and clean. It did lack a microwave and a bedside lamp and for some reason all the utensils were hidden in a drawer below the oven? The mirror in the hall also needs to be lower a little as it’s useless so high.

Luxury city centre hidden gem

What a hidden gem in Leeds City Centre. Just off the main 'Headrow' which runs through the town, the apartment complex is a 3 minute walk to the trinity shopping centre, and a 5-10 minute walk to the brand new Victoria Gate development! Perfect place to stay if you're in Leeds for a couple of days and want to look after yourself - immaculate facilities, with a fully furnished kitchen (complete with crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, pans and all) - and all done to a very high spec. True luxury experience - staff very helpful and corteous, we will definitely be staying here again.
