Nice, big room with a huge bed. Great view from the 14th floor. Excellent location almost opposite the station. Checking and out was easy. The gym was well equipped. The only issue was the lift situation, which I’m sure will be a priority in a 20 storey hotel.

Staff were really friendly and helpful throughout our weekend trip. We had breakfast on one of the mornings and it was delicious. The room was pleasant and the location was perfect to get to and from the station as well as the city centre. Would recommend as a place to stay if visiting Leeds City centre :-)

Another great stay here. We were also given a room upgrade upon check-in, which always helps to make the stay more enjoyable. Will definitely stay here again as it’s only across the road from the train station. It’s ideally located for shops, bars and restaurants.

We arrived at the check in desk to be told we only had 1 room when I had booked 4. My booking confirmation said 4 but the girl behind the till was telling me I hadn't even when she had taken my phone. We were told to come back, we did and still to be told the same thing. There's no booking. We then came back after our reservation and the 2 gentlemen on the desk were very helpful and brought our booking up straight away
