Choose between a fully refundable £350 security deposit or a £25/night non-refundable damage waiver (capped at £110).

*Pets: Unfortunately, pets are not permitted at this property.

*Smoking/Vaping: We have a strict no-smoking indoors policy at our properties. A standard charge of £1000 will be charged when we find evidence within the accommodation to cover cleaning costs and long-lasting damage on the property.

*This property is not suitable for parties! This is a breach of house rules & will result in immediate removal from the property via security and no refund, your deposit supplied may be used towards extra costs in removing you.
