"Check in was very easy and pleasant. The room was clean and comfortable. Only draw backs were that the toilet ran continuously and when we showered the pipes were very loud. The toilet probably just needs a new stopper in the tank. The area we were in accommodated out dogs kennels nicely. For the price I feel we got good value and will plan to stay again. Very nice to not have to pay extra for the dogs."

"The room was clean and the beds were comfortable, but the woman who worked the day shift every day of our stay was the most rude hotel staff I have ever encountered. She literally snarled at any question or request. It made the stay very uncomfortable "

"From what we were told by the person at the front desk, this hotel was recently acquired and it looks like they’re still in the process of renovating. Large cardboard boxes lined the lobby and hallways and you can hear the sound of workers throughout the day. The worst was somebody was using an impact driver in the room directly above us at 7:30AM! When we arrived to check in, we had to wait 20+ minutes for someone to come to the front desk because we were told they were working on the air conditioning. With that said, the room was clean. It had two lamps and the light bulb was out in one of them. This will probably be a descent hotel once all of the work is done, but they shouldn’t be renting out rooms during the renovations. At the least, they should post in their description that work is in progress."

"I stayed two nights. No hot water. Front desk said they couldn’t move me to a comparable room. She said she would call the manager to see what he could do. When she called me back she said the manager couldn’t get a maintenance company out and they couldn’t move me to a comparable room. The manager said there was nothing more they could do. No offer to help. No consideration at all. I would not recommend this place. "
