Enjoy beautiful sea views at Nikiana Club - Studio 3, located in Lefkada right on the beach. This 15 m² studio apartment features a living/sleeping area, a kitchenette, and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 2 guests. Amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, cable and satellite TV. A baby cot is also available. The studio has a private outdoor space with a balcony.
Guests can use the shared outdoor area, which includes a garden with sun loungers, an open terrace, barbecue, and outdoor shower. Take in the fantastic sea views. There is a bar-restaurant right next to the property, as well as sailing facilities and a windsurfing school.
The property is 70 m from a supermarket and next to Nikiana’s harbor. Free on-street parking is available. Pets up to 5 kg are allowed. Bicycle rental is available at the property for an extra charge.
