「The room was very good—clean, comfortable bedding, and spacious enough. A refrigerator would’ve been a nice touch, but it wasn’t essential. Shower pressure and temperature control were excellent. The hotel handled a 6:00 AM power outage impressively, switching to diesel backup within 5 minutes and later to solar. WiFi was fast enough for most needs. Staff were outstanding—friendly, helpful, and professional throughout. Excellent location near the best restaurants in Legazpi. The in-house...

「The sink just just too low for me ..that's it.. but I understand why its so low」

「Room was spacious however, it was dusty and has a musty smell. Not well maintained. Wifi is just in public areas. Staff are helpful and the restaurants served good food. 」

「Clean room, good breakfast」

「I never regret staying here. Everyone are so nice thoughtful will greet you with a smile as they open the door for you till you get your room. I had such a good time staying here so yes yes yes i recommend this place 10 out of 10!」

「The staff was amazing, very professional. But the Hotel itself needs maintenances. And our room didn't get cleaned once during our 4 days stay. The location is great, near SM mall. The breakfast was fine but they should have refills on the coffee.」

「The room is okay but not that clean enough too much dust, insects trashcan not clean and more. Not satysfied 」

「Freundlich 」

「Convenient to everything.」
