「warm staff」

「We stayed 7 nights and it turned out to be our best family trip ever. All staff are friendly and eager to help. We're lucky to meet Dias who assisted us since check-in and took care of every detail to the end. Thanks for her hospitality and thoughtfulness. There seemed to be some problem on the room keys and the entry light was flashing, yet all of these were solved immediately after we told the staff. The facility is great yet the staff are even better. It's my smartest decision to choose...

「The staff were very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was very comfortable and clean」

「good, clean and close to shops and reasturants. Staff couldnt be more helpful.」

「Value for money. Stayed in a room with a small private pool. A better choice than using the small public pool. A bit crowded there.」

「I am not recommended this hotel based on the experience below: - upon check in, the hand in the form with another guests' personal details pre-populated for me to fill up - bad cleaning conditions inside the room, the air dry is not working properly, with someone 's bread on the top which is disgusting - stain at quite a number of spots - food crumbs are found on the chair - the TV is showing another guest name, now I understood why the check in form got other people's details...

「The rooms are immaculately clean and very stylish. The resort is small yet has a lovely cosy vibe. The staff remembered us from our last visit. Great location just off Melasti street with a load of food and drink options nearby. Food at restaurant is very good also!」
