Great stay
The house was great. The blinds need to be fixed but not a huge deal. The listing had a different check in time then the owners check in email but other than that we had a great stay!!

Nice, but hot
The property was pleasant and the perfect size for our group. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was not working upstairs, and there was a night it was too hot to even try sleeping there. Peter was gracious and had more fans sent, and a HVAC technician came by but was not able to fix things. Hopefully the issue will be resolved for the next group that stays!

Wonderful Home in Lehi
This home was perfect for our long weekend in Lehi. It was clean, roomy and super comfortable. With three bedrooms on the main floor and an roomy kitchen, dining and family room that made it easy to gather and relax. Two more rooms upstairs gave privacy for our additional family guests with children. The location made it easy to get anywhere in northern Utah county. We love this home and hope to be back again.

Cancelled on us 2 hours before
I booked this property and communicated with them that it was available. The morning we were to arrive I messaged because we hadn’t received instructions for check in. Two hours before check in time I received a message that said “double booked” and received a cancellation message. No apologies at all. We were driving through the night with a baby who didn’t do well traveling and needless to say it was a long rough night and day and we were looking forward to crashing and getting some rest before a wedding the next day. This was so frustrating to say the least! To not even get any communication sooner or about being sorry for this is just poor management. I have stayed at hundreds of rentals and never had this happen. We are extremely disappointed about this property.
