Screened in front and back lanai; ceiling fans in both areas allow outdoor living any time of day. Fenced back yard suitable for children and small dogs. 2 maximum, fee for second dog will be invoiced seperately.The home is fully furnished with one king and two queen size bedroom sets, two couches, family dining table, and 4 bar stools. Kitchen has dishwasher, microwave, and icemaker; laundry room has free use of washer and dryer for guests on the reservation . AC and ceiling fans are in great condition. Well maintained property features professional lawn care, quarterly pest control indoors and outdoors, water softening system professionally maintained, and kitchen water filtering. And a 2 car garage. The home is equipped with 4 tv’s, 3 are smart tv’s that you can stream Hulu, Netflix,Disney plus, or Ruku with your own subscription accounts. High speed internet and WiFi, basic Dish network is provided for your viewing pleasure. The house is fully stocked with sheets, towels, pool towels, and basic cleaning supplies. Host is very responsive. You will make wonderful memories here. Please read the house rules for pets and no parties. There is absolutely NO SMOKING of any kind on the premises which include garage, house, front or back Lani/ screen porch. All you need to pick up are groceries and basic everyday essentials you’ll never want to leave during your stay. 45 minutes to the beach and plenty of shopping available.
