The cottage itself is spacious and homely with every facility you could wish for. We loved it. Lynn has thought of everything and likes to communicate personally to ensure her guests are fully briefed about the cottage, its history and the local area. Fabulous!」

「We rented this house for my daughter's hen weekend the house was stunning in an amazing location with great facilities. We could not find fault with the house it accommodated 20 of us amply. All types of celebrations are catered for here from a formal dinner, to a party to a film night and even quiet relaxation in the pool and hot tub. The garden and grounds are well maintained and are beautiful. There is a pretty Marina just 5 minutes walk away with a lovely pub just 5 minutes further on. We...

The facilities were excellent, beds comfy and it was so great to have the big conservatory and garden room to get together as a whole group, as well as the sunny garden to enjoy some outside time. 「This property is excellent for a target market of people travelling for work who just need a functional place to sleep and aren't fussy about the conveniences and luxuies usual in holiday let properties. We were happy with our stay because we had full days planned and were only in the property from 10pm to 8am each day, but I wouldn't recommend a holiday here if relaxing at the property would be part of the plan. The staircase is too steep for anyone older than 65ish or younger than 7ish....

「Beautifully appointed home with great accommodation for our family of six adults and 3 children in a quiet gated community. Village was friendly and the local pub and the Italian restaurant were within easy walking distance and were perfect for our group. Interesting visit to the UK Space Centre which was hosting a Star Wars weekend was fun for everyone. Lovely part of England and Bosworth Field is close by for history enthusiasts. Would recommend this property!」
