Dein Feedback hilft uns dabei, unsere Leistung zu verbessern. Was das Schwimmbad angeht, versuchen wir eine angenehme Temperatur für alle Gäste aufrechtzuerhalten. Es tut uns leid, wenn es für dich zu kalt war.In Bezug auf die Sauberkeit, haben wir unseren Reinigungszyklus auf eine Reinigung an jedem dritten Tag angepasst. Dies ist eine Maßnahme, die wir zum Schutz unserer Umwelt ergreifen. Aber natürlich können wir auf deinen Wunsch hin das Zimmer täglich reinigen oder dir frische Handtücher zur Verfügung stellen. Du kannst uns dies 24/7 über unseren Hotelempfang mitteilen, eine tägliche Zimmerreinigung ist kostenfrei, der Wunsch muss uns nur mitgeteilt werden. Unsere Reinigungsprofis, putzen zuerst die Zimmer für unsere anreisenden Gäste, um eine Check In so früh wie möglich zu realisieren, im Anschluss werden die weiteren Zimmer gereinigt. Falls wir dein Zimmer vorziehen dürfen, gib uns bei deinem nächsten Aufenthalt einfach einen Hinweis.Nochmals vielen Dank für dein ehrliches Feedback.
