「From the time that we set eyes on your cottage we were hooked. The beautiful gardens front and back and the birds eating apples ,,. The atmosphere of the batch was amazing., We cranked up the fire and cooked potatoes so cool; Life as we knew it is still achievable.. 「Everything you need is there to make your stay memorable. Location to Kaiapoi, Rangiora, Christchurch and surrounds perfect. Airport only 17 mins away. Us Ozzie's found it a bit cold around April with Temps around 3⁰C at night and 15⁰C in the daytime. After we worked out the generous heating appliances supplied in the house. All was fine. Although an electric blanket or two would have not gone amiss.」

「Would have liked to be supplied with top up tea/coffee etc. Very compact as the name suggested as a tiny home. The grass slop to walk down to the tiny home did not have lighting down it and was dangerous as it was wet. The steps up to the tiny home had a fountain covering half the step, we found this dangerous, and had no lighting to safely nagavate to the tiny home. We had brought a little torch otherwise was could not have got into the tiny home safely. 」

「We had an awesome time」

「The property is beautiful. It is peaceful and a stone throw a way from the hustle and bustle in the city . I travelled everyday from the airport for work. I looked forward to coming (home). Doug will also give you a list of cost effective must sees around the area. Thank you for having me.」

「Property exceeded our expectations. Handy location, has a playground across the road and it’s within walking distance to a shopping mall and supermarket. Host provided christmas cups and placemats for our family which were a lovely touch for our xmas away from home. 」

「Beautifully located next to Mt Richardson DOC area with lots of forest walks at your doorstep. The property is huge and great for adventures for little kids (away from screens). The house is warm and beautifully recently decorated. Comfortable beds and nice bedding. There is no internet available and therefore no smart TV access (not necessarily a bad thing but notable). Would love to stay again in the summer months. 」
