「My daughter and I were doing a college tour of the Great South. We booked this property from Expedia the day of. We arrived to find that this was not a hotel but a condominium being rented out as a short term rental. So there was no reception desk. The address given was for a retail store and there was very little signage to identify it. After the wonderful interaction with a resident of the building she let us know about the check in protocol. After searching numerous emails and texts we found...

「This was the perfect place for my family of 3. Great location. Walkable to so many restaurants, bars, coffee shops, river and fun little surprise of the farmers market on Dock street Sunday morning. There’s so much to do downtown and this property was so convenient. It was very clean and bright. Beds were comfortable with soft bedding. The host was responsive and kind. We would definitely stay at this property next time we visit Wilmington.」
