Very modern, comfortable resort, built in 2019. Lembruch 10 km from the centre of Diepholz, 26 km from the centre of Vechta, 45 km from the centre of Osnabrück, on the lake, on the beach, direct access to the beach. For shared use: swimming pool (seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec., extra). Children's pool, children's playground. Private: terraced garden (not fenced). In the complex: restaurant, bar, sauna, massage, hot tub (all extra), relaxation room, spa area for shared use (extra), kiosk. Parking at the house. Bus stop 50 m, sandy beach "Dümmer See" 50 m, bathing lake "Dümmer See" 50 m. Golf course (18 hole) 16 km, sailing school 200 m. Please note: suitable for families. The photograph shows a typical example. The holiday properties may differ in living space, floorplan, equipment and furnishing.

Bath/shower/WC. Upper floor: 4 rooms, each room with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm). 2 Baths/showers/WC. Terrace. Terrace furniture, electric barbecue. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, sauna, children's high chair (extra), hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. 1 small pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Private indoor pool on the ground floor.
