The room and facilities were clean, my only complaint would be the area itself, out of control of the hotel. There was someone sleeping on the sidewalk in front of the hotel when we arrived and there really isn’t much to offer in the area. We only stopped for the night to catch the ferry the next ...

Fuimos una noche y fueron muy amables. Todo el personal muy atento. Las instalaciones y la comida muy bien pero realmente el personal un 10 de 10. En especial el trato a mi papá siendo un adulto mayor. Muchas gracias a todo el personal, desde recepción hasta las muchachas de limpieza.

It is a wonderful place - clean, well kept, and comfortable. The pools are great, and the beach is stunning. Lovely staff and the manager Hilda is so attentive. The breakfast has great options and is so fresh. Really recommend this hotel.
