Bright, cozy apartment with a breathtaking view on the Gulf of Poets. The house is on the hills of Lerici, surrounded by nature and quiet. Private entrance and parking. The location is ideal to reach the town of Lerici even by foot (20 mins downhill) or bus (frequent service during summer).
The apartment is completely renewed and it consists of a kitchen, an openspace livingroom and dining room, a large balcony with laundry corner and a toilet on the ground floor; three bedrooms and a second toilet on the firts floor. The apartment is furnished with washing machine, dish washer, hair dryer, fridge, fans. The balcony is accessible from both the kitchen and the living room. We have wifi.
Before your arrival we sanitize the apartment using an ozone-emitting machine (Airwater plus) certified by the Ministry of Health (prot. n. 24482 of July 31, 1996 and "disinfectant agent in the treatment of air and water" with CNSA of October 27, 2010).
Check in (13-22pm): We always welcome our guests in person, so that we can help them with everything they need. We are also available during the stay for every request.
Tourist tax 4,00€ per person/night (for the first 5 nights) to deposit at check in. It does not apply to children to 12 years old.
The area
The house is on the hills of Lerici, in a quiet location. You can easily reach (even on foot) the towns nearby, such as La Serra (800 mt) and Lerici (1,5 km), but also Tellaro (4 km), Pugliola (1 km), Monte Marcello (7 km).
The view from the house is stunning: you can see the whole Gulf of Poets, Lerici, Porto Venere, the isles Palmaria and Tino.
The location is perfect for everyone: we have a lot of pathways of those who love trekking, both equipped and free beaches, hidden bays, restaurants, a fervent nightlife (during summer), beautiful towns on the sea, medieval towns in the countryside, vineyards, the main historical cities in the north easily reachable (Pisa, Florence, Milan, Genoa, Forte dei Marmi, Turin, Bologna etc)...
The closest stations are in Sarzana (7,5 km) and La Spezia (11 km).
Le Cinque Terre - The Five Lands - (about 30 km) can be reached by car or train from La Spezia. From Lerici, during summer, there are boats to Porto Venere, Palmaria, Cinque Terre, Levanto, Tellaro, La Spezia.
