All apartments have access to communal outside areas. Each apartment has its own living and kitchen area with work station, induction hob, fan oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, microwave and washer dryer.
The bedrooms are spacious, fully furnished and equipped to a very high standard: Flat Screen smart TV’s in living area, Flat screen TV’s in bedrooms, free fibre optic internet Wi-Fi and personal belongings safe.
Fitted wash room with modern shower.
Outside decking area with outside furniture. Highchairs and infant travel cots available on request.

Great place, great host
This top story flat was absolutely perfect. Extremely well outfitted, especially the kitchen. Induction hob, large fridge/freezer, everything you needed as far as cutlery, utensils, pots/pans, dishes etc. The washing machine had a dryer function! Very clean overall, delightful bedding, great location, quiet. Hosts were easy to contact and very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommended!

Excellent apartment for two in centre of Lerwick
We were absolutely delighted with the cleanliness and modern decor of the apartment, and it’s location in central Lerwick was perfect. We could park for free on the street outside the apartment and the shops and restaurants were a five-minute walk. The apartment had all the facilities we needed, including a washer-dryer so we could wash clothes during the week. The only challenge we had was due to our levels of fitness - there are a few flights of stairs (and 35 steps) up to the St. Ninian’s apartment. However this was very much our problem, and it won’t be an issue for younger or more fit people. On the plus side, since the apartment is built into the roof, we had big windows in every room overlooking the town, and the air and light was wonderful. We would definitely visit again.
