The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 35 m² duplex apartment for rent in Les Angles, with mountain views and ski resort within walking distance. It can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 3rd floor (with elevator), it comprises an attractive 25 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen and a shower room.
The apartment is composed as follows
- 25 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Mezzanine with 1 double bed (140×190)
- A sleeping area with 1 bunk bed (sleeps 2)
- A bathroom with shower and WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, cot, ironing board and iron.
Exterior:
- A 3 m² balcony with a breathtaking view of the mountains and Matemale lake, with furniture to enjoy the sunny days (removable table and armchairs).
The apartment is ideally located in Les Angles, in a very pleasant environment. You'll enjoy close proximity to all the essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence's private parking lot.
For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Mont-Louis-La-Cabanasse station 14.5 km away (18 min by car).
- Nearest airport: Perpignan airport 98 km away (1h37 by car).
- Shuttle buses are available to airports, Perpignan and Toulouse during the ski season.
Other remarks :
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). Prices given are indicative and subject to change by our partner.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
- The end-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. We thank you for leaving it in a correct state of cleanliness and for cleaning the household appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
