Superb home and location

Wonderfully equipped home with panoramic views and heated pool. Great location to visit medieval/perched villages and Roman ruins. American style kitchen and furnishings make for a very comfortable holiday stay.

Very nice villa with good view, calm and still close to all one needs

The villa ist located in a calm area of Les Arcs. The villa has AC in every room including the kitchen and living room but you hardly need them all. The villa is well equipped for 5 people. Very nice view and the location is in proximity of the charming city center and 6 min from 2 Super/hyper markets.

Stylish and comfortable villa with lovely pool

We had a very relaxing stay in this cool, stylishly modernised, comfortable villa. We loved the beautiful, secluded garden and pool with views over the valley below and Massif des Maures beyond. There were plenty of places to sit and read in the sun or shade. Les Arcs sur Argens is charming with a historic old town and a variety of places to eat. It made a good centre for excursions to the coast and the Gorge of Verdon - but it was hard to tear ourselves away from this gorgeous property!

Great property. Very well appointed. Fantastic property manager who was extremely responsive and helpful. Note that bed sheets and towels require an extra cash payment at the property (20 per bed and 20 per towel set for bath and pool). The pool area is great with a large pool. Also table tennis provided and easily workable gas BBQ. The town is a 5 minute walk away with a spectacular medieval quarter and a very pleasant town square with nice cafes that are busy with locals but no tourists. Hyper U is a five minute drive away. Otherwise it is easily reached from the A8 but a bit out of the way from the main parts of the area which is not a problem if you have a car.

Perfekter Urlaub

Das Haus ist hell, modern, geschmackvoll und funktional eingerichtet. Es ist mit vielen technischen Geräten und Funktionen ausgestattet, die den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm machen. Die überdachte, schattenspendende Dachterrasse bietet einen herrlichen Blick auf den Ort Les Arcs und das Tal des Argens und das Massif des Maures. Die historische Altstadt ist fussläufig bequem in 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten liegen im Umkreis von 50km. Der große Pool lädt zum Schwimmen und Erfrischen ein. Die Vermieter sind sehr hilfsbereit. Das Wohl ihrer Gäste liegt ihnen spürbar am Herzen. Wir haben dort einen entspannten und perfekten Urlaub verbracht!

Eine sehr schöne Woche in Les Arcs

Das Ferienhaus von Pascal hat uns vom ersten Augenblick an sehr gut gefallen. Das Ambiente war wie in den Bildern gezeigt stilvoll und einladend. Alles war sehr, sehr sauber. Die Küche und ihre Einrichtung hat zum Kochen eingeladen. Der Pool war das Sahnehäubchen von allem. Der Self-Checkin war aufgrund der guten Beschreibung problemlos.Irritiert waren wir, als wir am Ende unseres Aufenthaltes erfahren mussten, dass die Endreinigung zusätzlich 100 Euro kostet. Nicht, dass uns die Höhe überraschte, aber derartige Kosten sollten vorab aufgeführt werden.Aaes in allem, eine sehr schöne Woche.

Nous avons passé une agréable semaine dans cette Villa avec tout le confort nécessaire, une surface idéale pour une famille avec 3 ados. Les propriétaires sont extrêmement réactifs si quelque chose ne vas pas, et trouvent une solution dans la journée. À l’exception des moustiques tigres qui ont envahi la Côte d’Azur, et qui empêche de profiter pleinement des soirées, cette semaine restera un très bon souvenir pour toute la famille. À recommander les yeux fermés.

Magnifique

Très belle maison très bien située. Proprietaires à l'ecoute et reactifs. Petit bemol pour le pisciniste pas très sympathique que cela ennuyait visiblement de venir nettoyer le fond de la piscine. Ce qu'il n a d ailleurs pas fait en raison de la meteo. ( Apparemment pas possible par temps nuageux et legerement venteux). Ce meme pisciniste nous a meme expliqué que l alarme de la piscine ne fonctionnait pas alors que quelques oublis de notre part nous ont démontré le contraire.

Fabelhaftes Ferienhaus mit toller Ausstattung

Wir haben mit 5 Personen (2 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder im Teenageralter) für 1 Woche in dieser traumhaften Villa wohnen dürfen. Die Ausstattung und Einrichtung des Hauses sind hochwertig und machen meist einen neuwertigen Eindruck. Der Ausblick und der Pool runden den Gesamteindruck wunderbar ab. Die Lage ist ruhig und trotzdem kann der Ort problemlos zu Fuß erreicht werden. Auch für Ausflüge ans Meer (ca. 30 Minuten Fahrzeit) eignet sich das Haus bestens. Die Vermieter sind zwar selbst nicht vor Ort, aber die Kommunikation ist absolut problemlos. Check-In und Check-Out sind perfekt organisiert. Vielen Dank, dass wir die Zeit in dieser tollen Location genießen durften.

Villa spacieuse, lumineuse et très fonctionnelle

Cette magnifique location se situe un peu sur les hauteurs dans un endroit composé uniquement de belles villas. Nous avons à notre arrivée apprécié l’espace et la tranquillité du lieu, la vue est superbe, aucun vis- à- vis. Le bel aménagement verdoyant des extérieurs crée une véritable intimité avec selon nos envies ombre ou soleil. La superbe piscine chauffée aux dimensions généreuses est un point fort de la villa. Nager avec la vue sur le massif des maures ont été des moments magiques. Isolation parfaite de la maison, la climatisation a été peu utilisée. Très bonne connexion wifi. La déco est sobre et de bon goût. Le coin cuisine très récent a été très bien pensé. Le frigo américain d'une grande capacité de stockage évite la corvée des courses alimentaires. La terrasse couverte de 30m2 permet de prendre ses repas avec une véritable protection du soleil et du vent. Propreté irréprochable dans toute la maison. Disponibilité et gentillesse de la propriétaire. Un véritable coup de cœur pour cette location qui donne envie de revenir !

Tolles Ferienhaus mit traumhafter Aussicht

Wir verbrachten eine wunderschöne Woche in diesem tollen Ferienhaus. Es sieht in echt noch echt viel schöner als auf den Bildern aus. Das Haus ist perfekt eingerichtet, alles sehr praktisch und es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Selten eine so gut und hochwertig ausgestattete Küche im Ferienhaus gehabt. Die Lage vom Haus ist traumhaft mit toller Aussicht und großem Pool. Alles ist sehr sauber. Wer gerne joggt kann direkt vom Haus starten und hat eine wunderschöne Strecke. Les Arcs ist idealer Ausgangspunkt für die schönen Orte an der Côte d Azur oder für die tollen Strände in der Nähe. Die Woche war viel zu kurz, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ein wunderbarer Urlaub

Very nice house

We had a nice stay in this house with a great pool. The house is well equipped and the location is great to go as well to the south (Saint-Maxime, St-Tropez 30 min), as to the north (TourTour, Lorgues) and the highway is also nearby.

Une bulle de bonheur sur vue panoramique

Tout était parfait, depuis les échanges au sujet de la réservation, jusqu’à la semaine que nous ne sommes pas prêts d’oublier. Vous arrivez dans une maison propre, superbement aménagée, lumineuse, et lorsque vous découvrez la vue sur la vallée et au loin sur les monts, vous êtes ébahis. Tout au long de notre séjour nous n’avons pas cessé d’admirer la beauté et les couleurs changeantes de ce magnifique paysage. La piscine est très agréable et grande. L’environnement est calme. Maison confort où tout est pratique pour la vie courante. Contact très agréable avec Madame Chrétien qui se rend très disponible et fait tout pour que votre séjour se passe bien. Nous avons passé une semaine fabuleuse. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

Fantastic from arrival to departure

We have spent 2 wonderful weeks in Annick and Pascal’s fantastic villa. Super-clean on arrival, with a simple and effective key box entry. Inside was clean, spacious and very comfortable, with great attention to detail and equipment. The property has air-con throughout, and it was a relief to come inside on the hottest days. The pool is a level below the house, it’s larger that most villa have and a great depth, we spent hours as a family here. The view from the terrace and pool are simply stunning. Les Arcs is one of the more vibrant towns in the interior of the coast, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. 5 stars, and great memories made!

Einfach unbeschreiblich schön!

Die gesamte Familie hatte eine schöne Zeit. Alleine der Ausblick hat direkt die « Erholungs-Batterie » aufgeladen. Das Ehepaar war immer sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns auch ein paar Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben. Die Villa ist sehr zu empfehlen. Un grand merci pour votre accueil, nous avons passé de très bonne vacances.

Everything perfect!

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely villa very much! The pool was great, good air conditioning and the house was very comfortable (even great on a rainy day). No ants in the house, this was another big plus. The communication with the owners was effortless and quick to respond. Watch out when driving the narrow street to the house and bring some anti mosquito spray for the evenings. Other than that we had a perfect vacation and would definitely come again.
