Access to the slopes:
Enjoying a privileged location, from the ski room you are directly to the kindergartens and on the slopes that lead you to all the ski lifts. The return is from any track to the ski room, no queuing at night to return.

Lovely apt on the perfect location

My family of 4 stayed one week in the Atar's apratment in March 2019. We had a warm welcome from Atar. He is a very kind person who cares about his guests. Apartment was clean, very comfortable and on the perfect location in the ski resort. It has a wonderful view over the Cascades and Peclet piste. Apartment has a ski locker on the lower floor with warmers for the shoes. Ski rental store is next door, as well as office to purchase ski passes. We always had our breakfast in the apartment and we prepared dinner there a few times. Kitchen had everything we needed - kudos to Altar! The kitchen has even a raclette set which we used for a delicious dinner! There is a bakery next door. We were able to communicate with Atar via WhatsApp. All in all, we had great time in Atar's aparmtent and we are thinking to come again.

שהינו בדירה משפחה 2 מבוגרים ו 3 ילדים במהלך שבוע בחודש דצמבר 2018, הדירה במיקום פנטסטי על המסלולים, יורדים לסקי רום ומשם יוצאים למסלולים ולכול המעליות המרכזיות באתר. הדירה מסודרת ונקייה, קיימים 2 חדרים עם 2 מיטות נפרדות לכול חדר וניתן לישון בנוסף גם על הספה בסלון, המטבח יחסית קטן אבל מספק לארוחת בוקר ויש בו את כול הציוד הדרוש, הבעלים אטר מאוד נחמד ומספק את הדירה עם מצעים נקיים ומגבות. הדירה סמוכה למאפיה מעולה שניתן לקנות בה לחמים ומאפים במהלך כול היום, בנוסף במרחק קצר שוכנת חנות ציוד סקי מעולה להשכרה וכמובן המשרדים של בית ספר הגלישה הרשמי נמצאים בשכנות לדירה. בערב ישנם מספר מסעדות קרובות בנוסף לגרם מדרגות קרוב שממנו באמצעות מעלית ניתן להגיע למרכז המסחרי והרחוב הראשי והססגוני של העיירה. בקיצור תמורה מלאה למחיר.

Vacances très agréables . L'appartement a compensé les jours de mauvais temps.

Propriétaire très gentil. L'accueil était chaleureux avec de petites attentions bien sympathiques. Bonne literie. Cuisine bien équipée. Local à ski avec séchage des chaussures apprécié. WIFI fonctionnait bien dans cette partie de la station ( pas le cas dans tout Val-Tho) Situation : Proximité de la boulangerie et des locations de skis. Grandeur de l'appartement : ok pour 2 couples( 2 chambres séparées) serait ok pour 6 jeunes.

Great apartment right on the slopes and close to the town centre

We had a great time at the apartment. We are a family of 4 and the apartment was perfect ski school every morning, no need to walk to the slopes at all. Apartment was comfortable and warm and well equipped. Attar greeted us and too us through everything we needed. We will be booking for next year!

Great, a lovely apartment in a stunning location!!!

We have just got back from spending a week at this lovely apartment with an incredible ski in, ski out experience.... you literally don't have to walk a step in the snow!!! The apartment is well maintained with character and has nearly every amenity you will need. And anything you can't find then just ask the reception staff and they will do their best to find something to lend you... we borrowed an iron and an HDMI cable during our stay and the staff were very friendly. The owner, Bastien, is such a nice man who is very patient in answering our many questions. The 3 Vallees has been on my wish list for a long time and Bastien made sure that all communication was quick so that we could plan our perfect holiday. Thank you, we will be back!!!

Nous sommes une famille avec deux jeunes filles et nous avons passés une vacance formidable à Valtho dans cet appartement. La localisation est superbe et l'appartement est équipé "comme à la maison". N'oublie pas les croissants dans la boulangerie sucré salé juste à côté!

Très bel appartement au pied des pistes

Nous étions au Montana Premier du 25 décembre 2016 au 1 janvier 2017. Nous sommes très satisfaits de l'appartement : propre et fonctionnel. Draps et serviettes fournis, machine à café à dosette, appareil à fondue et à raclette...tout l'essentiel était à disposition. L'appartement est au pied des pistes. Nous reviendrons certainement.

Excellent séjour !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Val Thorens et la qualité de notre appartement et son emplacement dans la station y sont pour beaucoup. L'accueil du propriétaire était génial : accueil personnalisé (pour les petits comme pour les grands), pleins de petites attentions (thé, café, friandises...), conseils pour profiter pleinement du séjour et de la station, M. Atar était disponible à tout moment. La résidence est dans le cœur de la station à 20m de l'ESF, de la boulangerie, de l'InterSport, des forfaits, côté rue et à 15m de l'école de ski et du Jardin des neiges (visible depuis le balcon), ce qui est très appréciable pour nous qui avons 3 enfants inscrits à l'ESF. Le logement est très bien équipé : cuisine avec Micro-Onde, Four, LV, frigo, app. à raclette, vaisselle en quantité, 6 couchages confortables, casiers à ski avec chauffage pour nos chaussures et départ ski au pied... Bref, un séjour dans ces conditions avec le soleil et la neige au rendez-vous, c'est que du bonheur. Nous avons clairement préféré l'accueil et l'accompagnement de M. Atar aux prestations hôtelières alentours. Aucune attente à l'arrivée comme au départ, avec 3 enfants dont 1 bébé de 6 mois, c'est vraiment un confort. A l'année prochaine pour autant de plaisir.

Excellente prestation

Emplacement, propreté, positionnement, l'appartement 504 de Mr Atar est l'appart idéal pour passer un séjour vraiment agréable avec plein de bons souvenirs. Tout y est, balcon plein sud face aux pistes, résidence complètement collé aux pistes (quasiment pas de marche à faire pour aller skier). L'appartement est très très bien équipé. Mr Atar est une personne vraiment sympathique et fut très clair pour tout nous expliquer, (fonctionnement de la résidence, les différents commerces à proximité, badges, clés, local à ski, etc....). Au final je recommande vivement.

Très bon séjour

Très bon accueil du propriétaire. L'appartement est très propre, les draps serviettes torchons fournis, ainsi que des petits gestes : produits ménagers, café, thé, sucre, sel, poivre..... L'équipement est complet. La situation est idéale pour petits et grands, sur les pistes, face au jardin d'enfants. Vue sur les sommets avec un joli coucher de soleil. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, nous reviendrons, merci Monsieur Atar.

Fantastic apartment and location........

We were very lucky to have booked this apartment for our weeks skiing for the kids Easter holidays. The apartment is really well laid out, fully equipped with EVERYTHING you could possibly want or need. Clean and comfortable with all the extra towels, etc if needed. Great shower, very comfy beds and a nice living space. The location is great with ski in ski out. Balcony gets the sun so lovely to sit out and bask in the alpine sunshine. Really central as well with bakers, supermarket, laundrette and some of Val Thorens top restaurants very close by. Really quiet in the apartment, was not disturbed at any point on any night by the young party goers as you are not on the road side. The staff in the complex were very friendly and the sister hotel offers use of their pool and spa facilities which I very much enjoyed. The owner was very friendly and generous. Happy to offer advice and recommendations if needed. We have been to Val Thorens on 6 previous occasions and this is the best apartment we have stayed in. Have already booked up for next year........ :-)

Brilliant, comfortable stay at Montana

We stayed in two apartments owned by Atar Bastien. The apartments were clean, fresh and well appointed, with a magnificent view of the slopes and the children's ski school which was just outside the Ski Room door. Also just outside the ski room door and a short distance away were ski lifts to slopes all around the area. Shops, restaurants, boulangerie, ski hire, lift passes were all within the shortest of walks. An area truly devoted to skiers and apres ski.

The property is very well equipped, quiet and in the perfect ski-in, ski-out location

The property owner took the time to meet us when we arrived in Val Thorens, even though it was after 9.30pm when we got there. He was extremely helpful and friendly and took time to make sure we were totally organised in VT before leaving. First impressions are that the apartment is well equipped and maintained, with a lovely south facing view of the Peclet gondola and Cascade chairlift. We were 4 grown men and although the sleeping quarters are likely better suited to family/couples (snoring gets quite loud when you have 4 men full of great French food and wine during the night!!), it was a very comfortable stay. The bathroom is modern, well fitted out (there is also a fitted hairdryer for the more appearance conscious skier!) and there is an excellent shower with endless hot water - an absolute must after a full day on the slopes! Although only really big enough for one person, the kitchenette is extremely well equipped, but there's not a lot of storage space for food items. However, this isn't a huge issue, as there are 2 supermarkets within 2 minutes walking distance. The Spar at the top of Rue Du Soleil is definitely the cheapest supermarket we saw in VT, especially for wine/beer. There are also a couple of highly recommended restaurants nearby - La Petite Ferme is just across the road and is excellent (although booking is a must) and also the Chamois D'Or at the top of Rue Du Soleil is very good (pizza's there are to die for!) There are plenty of ski rental shops within 200m and there is also a lovely bakery outside the front door of the Montana apartments. All in all, it's definitely one of the nicest apartments I've stayed in while skiing in France for the last 20yrs.

Prima appartement, goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding.

Appartement voldeed volledig aan onze verwachtingen. Bij aankomst vriendelijk ontvangen en fles champagne stond klaar:-) Appartement is netjes onderhouden en heeft prachtig zicht op de pistes. Balkon ook direct aan de piste en op zon zijde. Vanuit het appartement kan je direct de piste op skieen. En na het skieen geen gedoe. Ook vanaf de piste zo weer terug te skieen naar appartement. Verder centrale ligging met winkels in de buurt. Appartement is gevestigd in mooi complex met diverse faciliteiten als sauna/ hamman etc. Echt een aanrader!

Appartement idéalement situé avec départ et retour skis aux pieds. Appartement très fonctionnel bien décoré avec de nombreux rangements, le tout dans une résidence haut de gamme. Le propriétaire est sympathique, discret tout en étant efficace. Bref une location parfaite pour un séjour au ski tranquille.

lovely clean apartment in the perfect location

We arrived to a lovely welcome from Bastian. We arrived early in the morning and as promised Bastian had the apartment ready for us by 10am. The apartment was spacious. It was well equipped with bedding, loads of towels and the kitchen had every utensil you could ever imagine that you would need! The apartment was immaculate and had been thoroughly cleaned for our arrival. The apartment had lovely views over the nursery slopes and the location was perfect. The ski room was a few metres from the nursery slopes so no long walks carrying ski gear - perfect if you are traveling with children. There was a boulangerie next door - perfect for breakfast crossiants and pain au chocolat! We loved the apartment and location so much, we have booked it for next year!

Belle situation au pied des pistes. Appartement très propre, lumineux , bien chauffé. Equipement de bonne qualité. Propriété agréable, bien entretenue et correspondant bien à la description de l'annonce. Balcon sud-ouest avec vue sur la montagne et le domaine skiable. Propriétaire accueillant et disponible, donnant de bonnes explications sur la résidence et le domaine. Appartement idéal pour passer un bon séjour. A recommander vivement.

Well equiped apartment and friendly owner

The apartment is well equipped, in good condition and in an ideal position in the resort. We very much enjoyed our stay. The owner was very helpful, meeting us in person on arrival, and communicated well before and after our stay. There were 4 of us, and there was ample space and good value for the price. For a party of 6, there would be less space, but it would be adequate provided you understand this, and would be very good value for money.

EXCELLENT

Seit mehr als 30 Jahren kommen meine Frau und ich regelmäßig nach Val Thorens. Zuerst mit den Kindern, dann mit Reisegruppen und jetzt auch mit den Enkeln. Dabei haben wir in vielen Residenzen gewohnt. Die Residenz Montana haben wir erst vor einem Jahr kennen gelernt. Hier fühlten wir uns von Beginn an wohl, angefangen vom sehr freundlichen und unkomplizierten Empfang des Vermieters. Die Wohnungen sind komfortabel und mit allem ausgestattet, was benötigt wird. Wohltuend ist auch die absolute Ruhe in der Residenz, die wir ohne Einschränkung empfehlen können.
