  • Sylvana and Philippe welcome you to a new, very comfortable studio of 26 m², on the first floor of a villa located in a relaxing place with nature in the immediate vicinity.<br>The apartment, independent with reversible air conditioning, comprises: a fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, multi-function oven, refrigerator, etc.) and storage cupboards (various crockery).<br>The living/dining area includes 1 table, 2 chairs, 1 sofa and pull-out coffee tables.<br>The sleeping area includes 1 double bed, 1 rack with hangers and a dresser. Finally, a walk-in shower completes the equipment, separate toilet.<br>Outside, you will have a space to take your meals.<br>Shared access with the owners to the swimming pool (8 X 3.5). The house is located at the gates of Vallespir (hiking, mountain biking, river swimming...) in a green setting 20 km from the beaches of the coast, 30 km from Perpignan and a few minutes from the Spanish border.<br>10 minutes away, the site of the lake of St Jean-Pla-de-Corts allows many sports activities (tree climbing, water skiing, water games, swimming, etc.) and offers an idyllic setting for walks and jogging.<br>(10 minutes away, Céret, city of Art and Culture, awaits you for a refreshing visit in the shade of its hundred-year-old plane trees.<br>2km away, in Maureillas you will find essential services (doctor's/nurse's office, pharmacy, post office, mini-market, butcher's shop, etc.)<br>5 km from Le Boulou: all shops (hypermarkets, organic stores, gas station, etc.)<br>Non-smoking rental / pets not allowed<br>Sheets and household linen provided. Fijn verblijf Les Cluses.

Wij hebben hier 11 nachten verbleven. Hartelijke ontvangst door de eigenaren met drankjes in de koelkast en vers fruit op tafel. Leuk klein appartement met heerlijke douche en goed bed. Goede keuken met alles aanwezig om zelf te koken. Nieuwe airco aanwezig,oude ging tijdens ons verblijf stuk. Meteen nieuwe geïnstalleerd de volgende dag, we hebben 1 nacht in het gastenverblijf van deze vriendelijke behulpzame eigenaar gelogeerd. Mooie omgeving, zee, meer en bergen. We hebben een zeer prettig verblijf gehad, met gebruikmaking van het zwembad met fijne ligbedden. Dankjewel Philippe & Sylvana voor jullie gastvrijheid.
