“Staff are very very friendly and wonderfully ! But some of equipment in the room is not really ready ! Some guest on upstairs smoking on the terrace , some cigarette ash fell onto our terrace !”

“Hotel was a little further from the lifts than we had anticipated… but we had a car so it wasn’t too bad (10 min drive)… but no really good bus service back and forth from the hotel to the lifts… so if you didn’t have a car, you’d have a bit of a predicament on your hands. “when I searched for a hotel in Zermatt they came up as they are in Zermatt. When we got to Zermatt and call the hotel they told us they are 2 and 1/2 hours away. we got stock in Zermatt in the cold. They were very rude and didnt help us and charged us full amount. worst travel experience ever”
