  • February 2015 The picturesque church in the centre of Morzine. I took an hour out to wander the town this afternoon and explored a few places that I would usually pass if there wasn't any snow. Having wandered into the churchyard I found that nobody had walked through the snow here, the last fall was 10 days ago, it was a great opportunity to take a few shots that would have looked totally different had it not been for a covering of the white stuff. #snow

Very good and a perfect location

We loved our stay at the chalet petit Pierre. There was enough space in the chalet and it was perfect located. We missed a curtain on the roofwindow and some hooks in the bedrooms and bathroom. But that are minor details.

Short stay at Chalet Petit Pierre

Everything about this stay was fabulous.The chalet has everything you might need and is so well positioned right opposite the slopes with several lift options. We had plenty of snow on day two and we were really surprised to see that the snow on the path to the carport and the deck were cleared for us. I would recommend this chalet to anyone who has their own vehicle. There are no restaurants for evening meals within walking distance of the chalet and the town of Les Gets is a 10 minute drive away. But once you get there, you have plenty of options for restaurants and supermarkets.

parfait

nous avons passé un super week end prolongé dans ce magnifique chalet en famille ( 8 adultes, un enfant), ou tout était simplement parfait. tout d'abord l'emplacement est juste idéal : dans un rayon de 100m vous trouverez le 1er téléski, le loueur de ski ( très sympathique et qui pratique des prix spéciaux pour le chalet de Pierre), et la terrasse du restaurant au pied des pistes !!! tout est pratique dans ce chalet, les pièces sont très lumineuses, la décoration est chaleureuse, et que dire de la vue depuis la terrasse. nous reviendrons, c'est certain !!!!

Great ski in ski out location

Beautiful well-equipped chalet. Stunning views but not easy to get into Les Gets without a car once cable car stops about 4.45. Room for skis and just had to cross the road to 2 drag lifts and a chair lift. 2 restaurants and 2 cafes very near (not open in the evenings). Hosts very accommodating and prompt replies to our queries.
