Nous avons passé une très agréable semaine de vacances dans cet appartement très bien équipé et à proximité immédiate de tout : commerces, restaurant, plage . L’appartement est très spacieux et dans un beau bâtiment. L’appartement est très bien isolé (fenêtres très efficaces malgré jeunes fêtards sur la place en face de l‘appartement). Il manquerait juste un balcon.

100m² et deux chambres avec chacune leur salle d'eau. Appartement refait très récemment ameublement moderne sourire de la propriétaire Vue sur la mer depuis son lit. A 100 m de la plage, en plein centre ville bonne isaolation phonique

Je garderai un très bon souvenir de ce séjour passé aux Sables d'Olonne dans ce très bel appartement, propre, lumineux et décoré avec goût. La location était tout à fait conforme à l'annonce. Donc aucune mauvaise surprise. De plus, la propriétaire est à l'écoute de ses locataires, voire même aux petits soins. Je la remercie d'ailleurs pour son accueil sincère et chaleureux. Idéalement situé en bordure de mer, l'appartement s'est révélé parfaitement adapté à deux couples dont deux personnes âgées. Bien équipé et très soigné il est plaisant et confortable. La propriétaire a été charmante et bienveillante. nous avons adoré et y retournerons.

Bon accueuil dans un appartement moderne très confortable, situé à proximité immédiate de tous les points d'intérêt et d'animation du centre ville. La voiture reste au parking, il est tellement facile de se déplacer à vélo en ville et aux alentours. Très bonne adresse si l'on accepte de vivre en centre ville...où le bruit est assez présent.

Très bonne semaine de vacance, location conforme à l'annonce et aux photos. Très bien située. Propriétaire à l'écoute, disponible, sympathique. Restaurants:" chez tonton" avec vue sur la mer. Activités: le petit train de nuit, la chaume, l'ile marotte (tres belle maison décorer avec des coquillages à ne pas rater). Pas besoin d'utiliser sa voiture, tout peut se faire à pieds.

Spacieux et agréable appartement idéalement placé

Appartement spacieux, très propre. Idéalement placé face au remblai de la grande plage des Sables et en plein centre ville. Calme dans l'ensemble (même les soirs d'animation sur la place, grâce au double vitrage...) Pendant l'été, penser à s'organiser pour garer un véhicule. Propriétaire accueillante, efficace et discrète.
