「Apt needs basic items: dish soap, toilet paper, dish towel, cutting knife, frying pan without damaged Teflon surface. Owner was unaware I was arriving on my scheduled date nor my departure date. 「After booking we used the Expedia message function to contact the host. The host never got back with any check in instructions. We also sent them a text message and got no response. We ended up standing in front of the property for 1 1/2 hours and spending 75 minutes on the phone with VRBO support. We eventually gave up and requested the booking to be canceled and booked a regular hotel instead.」
