Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans la villa de Laurent.Les espaces intérieurs et extérieurs sont vraiment très agréable Quelques petits détails pourrait faire un 10 sur 10 mais nous attribuons volontiers un 9,5 sur 10 Les commerçants de lespignan nous ont très bien accueilli. Bref , nous reviendrons si nous en avons l occasion dans le gîte de Laurent

Het huis was heel groot en zeer aangenaam. De airco's werkten zeer goed wat toch belangrijk is om goed te slapen tijdens de maand augustus. De ouders van de eigenaar hebben een appartement boven de villa, maar respecteren zeer goed de privacy. Het zwembad was fenomenaal: een groot ondiep stuk voor de iets kleinere kinderen en daarachter een groot dieper stuk voor de grotere kinderen. De kamers waren leuk en origineel ingericht met bijna allemaal een eigen terrasje. Wij hebben een heel leuk verblijf gehad en zijn er hopelijk volgend jaar weer!

Schönes Haus mit einigen veralteten Gegenständen

Das Haus ist schön und der Garten nett angelegt, wenn auch einiges schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, die Bettwäsche und Handtücher eher alt und verwaschen. Bei unserer Ankunft informierte uns die Mutter des Vermieters, dass die Geschirrspülmaschine defekt ist. Ich fragte sie, ob diese repariert werden würde. Dies kreidete mir der Vermieter später als Respektlosigkeit an, obwohl ich nur Schulfranzösisch beherrsche und mir leidlich Mühe gab. Die hübschen blauen Sessel sind leider nicht sehr belastbar und ich stürzte wegen eines der Beinchen, das über den Terrassenrand abrutschte, mit dem Kopf auf den Steinboden. Der Vermieter verlangt nun, dass wir diesen Sessel ersetzen. Die Sonnenliegen sind auch nicht mehr die jüngsten, klar, dass der Kunststoff mit der Zeit in der Hitze etwas brüchig wird. Von einer dieser Liegen brach beim Verschieben das Fussgestell ab. Auch diese Liege sollen wir bezahlen. Leider brannte auch ein Halogenscheinwerfer durch, den wir über Nacht angelassen hatten. Für diesen Schaden sind wir mit 150 Euro freiwillig aufgekommen. Nun hat er weitere 300 Euro für die Sessel eingezogen. Eine Reinigungsgebühr wurde erhoben, also haben wir bei unserer Abreise den Küchenfussboden nicht geputzt. Nun bescheinigt uns der Vermieter, wir hätten das Haus "sehr, sehr" schmutzig hinterlassen! Wir haben das Geschirr sauber gespült hinterlassen und die Betten abgezogen. Wir sind sehr verblüfft über die Unversöhnlichkeit des Vermieters.

Entspannter Aufenthalt

Wir waren 2 Wochen im Domizil, sind sehr nett empfangen worden, der Vermieter war bei Bedarf sofort erreichbar und hat die Dinge rasch Erledigt. Alles sehr unkompliziert.Es gibt mehrere schöne Sitzecken um zu entspannen, auch im Schatten.

Très bon séjour avec un excellent repas aux Grands Buffets, une journée sur le canal du midi, les différents marchés des environs et un repos bien mérité au bord de la magnifique piscine à Castel d’Oc. Merci aux parents du propriétaire pour leur réactivité et leur gentillesse.

Ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus für eine große Familie

Wir waren das erste Mal im Castel d'Oc in Lespignan. Wir sind, 3 Kinder, 2 Partner, die Eltern und ein Hund im Alter zwischen 20 und 56 Jahren. Das Haus ist sehr gut und künstlerisch ausgestattet. Jedes Zimmer hat seinen eigenen Stil. Ein Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Bad und es gibt eine großes Badezimmer und eine Toilette für die restlichen drei Zimmer. Im Garagenbereich ist auch noch ein Bad eingerichtet, dass man nutzen kann, wenn man am Pool ist. Der Pool ist sehr gepflegt und hat eine max. Tiefe von ca. 1,5 m. Er ist so groß, dass man hier morgens ohne Probleme seine Runden Schwimmen kann. Die drei Zimmer ohne Bad haben eine direkte Terrasse am Pool. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Uns fehlten keine Elektrogeräte oder sonstige Teile, die zum herstellen einer Mahlzeit erforderlich sind. Wir sind sehr freundlich begrüßt worden und auch die Endabnahme ging sehr freundlich von statten. Der Pool wurde regelmäßig gereinigt. Wir konnte drei Autos auf der Privatfläche ohne Probleme unterbringen. Insgesamt finden wir alle, dass die Anlage in einen sehr guten Zustand ist und wir würden gerne wiederkommen, jedoch fahren wir nicht immer mit 7 Personen in Urlaub. Zum Schluss möchte ich noch zu bedenken geben, dass das Haus in Lespignan und nicht direkt am Meer liegt. Mit dem Fahrrad benötigt man schon 40 Minuten, bis man den Strand erreicht. Die nächsten Supermärkte sind innerhalb von 15 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Eine Bäckerei und kleinere Restaurants gibt es auch im Ort.

Schöne Unterkunft mit tollem Pool. Hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Kinder waren begeistert. Es wäre jedoch großartig wenn die Besitzer ein paar Euro in neue Kochutensilien investieren würden😉

Belles vacances

Très jolie maison aussi bien à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur. Fonctionnelle, lumineuse et avec tous les équipements nécessaires. Décoration originale mais de bon goût. Le jardin est superbe. Nombreuses terrasses pour en profiter. Très bon accueil de Claudine et René. A quelques minutes en voiture des plages mais à l'écart de l'agitation. Nous avons adoré nos vacances en famille dans cette très belle maison. Nous recommandons vivement cette adresse.

Prometteur mais décevant

Une promesse non tenue, une maison à fort potentielle mais une proximité avec les parents du propriétaire gênante. Un voisinage très sensible aux bruits après 21h, il faut donc oublier la piscine. Un ballon d’eau chaude suffisant pour tout juste 2-3 personnes, les autres se doucheront à l’eau froide… Cependant les alentours sont charmants.

Sehr schönes Haus mit tollen Terrassen und Pool

Gute Lage um mit dem Auto Tagesausflüge zu machen. Auch zu den Stränden kommt man schnell. Auf dem uneinsichtigen und schön angelegten Grundstück mit Pool kann man es aber auch sehr gut ohne Ausflüge aushalten. Ruhige Lage. Eine der vielen Terrassen bietet immer Sonne oder Schatten. Gut ausgestattete Küche sogar mit Crêpe-Platte :-). Bäcker und kleiner Sparmarkt Im Ort sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber.
