Rental rules
Minimum stay: 4 nights; 7 nights from 18/07/26 to 21/08/26 (changeover day Saturday), and from 19/12/26 to 09/01/27.
Check-in time is from 16:00 to 21:00; Checkout time is between 8:00 and 10:00.
Late check-in (after 21:00 until 24:00): if agreed (€ 30 to pay on arrival).
A security deposit of 500 euros has to be paid in cash on arrival and it will be returned on departure less any charge in case of damages
The rates are inclusive of: water consumption, electricity, final cleaning, weekly change of bed linens. Bath towels: midweek change.
