「Excellent staff」

「Very nice pool. Excellent access to the beach/sea. Staff were extremely helpful. There is a restaurant on site to get lunch and an evening meal. It is quite far from Taormina but there is a bus stop a short walk up the hill from which is easy to get a bus into Taormina for a few euros.」

「Vintage non vuol dire vecchio, ci sarebbe da ristrutturare/sostituire/eliminare anche per un discorso di sicurezza. Non accettabile che in stanza non ci sia un minifrigo e che non siano fornite bottiglie d'acqua di welcome. Tutto questo viene in parte compensato dalla colazione abbastanza completa, dalla location di fronte al mare e a pochi minuti da stazione bus per taormina e stazione treni e da un personale accogliente e disponibile」

「All the staff was great, very helpful and explained all the property amenities. The bartender, Giuseppe, was helpful with food recommendations. The room was beautiful overlooking the winery and breakfast was lovely.」

「Overall a nice stay. The property itself is very dated and needs a renovation/upgrade. But the service at breakfast, and the views from the upgraded rooms are great. Standard rooms are not great. Reception staff average. Gym needs more weights/equipment (but decent room). Some small improvements (aside from a total refresh/renovation) would make a huge difference.」

「The room, is superbly small. I cannot turn around when I take a bath. Even without a table for me to work. Strong smell inside the room. And under such conditions, the room is very expensive. 」
