Unfortunately, the hotel facilities did not meet my expectations, especially considering the price. The property appears to be poorly maintained. The air conditioning in my room was not working properly and only blew warm air, making the room uncomfortable. The staff was helpful enough to change another room for me. 「The room was very clean and quiet and the aircon was amazing. Wonderful temperature for sleeping. The pool, sauna and steam room were excellent. The on site bar was great, with a casual vibe and plenty of chairs and parasols given the heatwave. We will definitely be returning.」

Dogs are allowed on the beach but not on a nearby promenade which has a restaurant. The dedicated hotel car park is protected by a barrier, which you open by swiping your room card. 「Review hôtel Wimereux I barely knew anything about this hotel when I booked it. Its very hard to find a room for a 3 person family. Inwas just happy to have found somewhere affordable we could spend the night before heading to Ireland. It turned out to be brilliant. It’s in the mainstreet of the centre of a little seaside/river side town. 7 minute walk from the beach and boulevard. We had a clean adorable 4 bed apartment. Our daughter had her own room. The staff were old school hospitality....

「The balcony with sea view was lovely. Spent a lot of time sitting looking out to sea which was nice. Very basic room with bare minimum. No coffee/tea facilities. Only saw one member of staff at breakfast time who was pleasant. Breakfast itself was sparse. Not a lot of choice and found the coffee on both mornings luke warm. Overall, was fine for a short stay.」
