「This was the perfect location to stay for a retreat and also for a day trip into Cinque Terre. We won’t get over being driven in a cart to and from the parking lot down a charming rock wall lined street. It’s the most magical entry to a hotel we’ve ever experienced. 「Fantastic staff. Very nice and helpful. We spoke Italian but they are fluent in English as well. Very accommodating and plenty of suggestions if needed. Didn't get to use spa but nice breakfast each morning , good espresso and you can walk to virtually anywhere in town. Close to boat rentals as well. Will be back when we visit Rapallo again」
