Schöne Wohnung mit toller Aussicht

Alles Notwendige ist in der Wohnung vorhanden, ebenso Tisch und Stühle für 6 Personen im Garten.

Wanderferien in Levanto

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieterin hat uns bei unserer Anreise vom Bahnhof abgeholt und die Ferien waren vom ersten Tag sehr erholsam: eine grosse und gut eingerichtete Wohnung mit einem Gartensitzplatz mit wunderbarer Sicht aufs Meer und viele Wandermöglichkeiten. Der saubere Strand von Levanto ist zu Fuss in 20 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Cinque Terre sind mit dem Zug ebenfalls bequem zu erreichen. Nur empfehlenswert!! Ein grosses Dankeschön an die Vermieter! Excellente adresse

Nous sommes restés 2 jours avec 3 grands enfants au premier étage. Très bon accueil d'Elena et de sa soeur dans cette maison sur les hauteurs de Levanto au calme avec une vue exceptionnelle des deux petits balcons. Cet étage est très propre et neuf avec des pièces de belles dimensions et l'on peut manger dehors côté terrasse. Bonne équipement tout y ait et la famille disponible qui habite la maison au dessus. Même si la route est étroite on peut garer plusieurs voitures. Franchement je recommande.

Vacanze a Levanto -- Casa Grecale

Ho passato 10 giorni a Levanto durante i quali ho soggiornato a Casa Grecale. La casa e' molto comoda per visitare le cinque terre a piedi, e' infatti locata all'inizio del sentiero che porta a Monterosso. La casa si raggiunge da Levanto in auto (5/6 minuti), in bicicletta (circa 15 minuti) e a piedi. La vista e' molto bella (si vede tutta la spiaggia di Levanto). La casa e' fornita di tutto, e i padroni sono molto affabili e gentili. Sono stata molto soddisfatta del mio soggiorno e consiglierei la casa ad amici.

Tres bon sejour

Un séjour très agréable dans les hauteurs de Levanto. Logé au rez de chaussé de cette maison avec de beaux volumes, 3 chambres lit double, maison tout à fait adaptée pour 6 personnes. Une belle vue sur la baie de Levanto. On peut partir directement de la maison pour effectuer le sentier Levanto - Monterosso. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et disponibles. Enchanté par ce sejour nous y reviendrons c'est sur.

Eholung pur

wir haben erholsame Ferien in einer grosszügigen und gut eingerichteten Wohnung erlebt. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich. wir wurden sogar vom Bahnhof abgeholt. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen mit Sicht aufs Meer. Der Sandstrand ist zu Fuss in 20 Minuten zu erreichen. Auf einem schönen Wanderweg kann man in etwa 2 Stunden die Cinque Terre erreichen. also nur zu empfehlen!

Points positifs: -Emplacement avec vue exceptionnel -Prix -Grandeur de l'appartement Points négatifs: -propreté négligée -odeur de moisie importante et insupportable -TV ne fonctionnant pas -Très peu de vaisselle (insuffisante pour 5 personnes) -Terrasse et espace extérieur peu ou pas entretenue (débarras à côté de l'espace repas) -Peu d'espace pour le stationnement Conclusion: Rajouter quelques euros de plus afin d'obtenir un logement de vacances décent

Splendida casa sulla collina Levanto

Ottima casa per un bel gruppo di amici ben arredata e spaziosa (3 camere da letto doppie indipendenti +salone e cucina). Posizione un po scomoda per raggiungere il mare a piedi..salita 2km molto ripida da fare in macchina...ma questo offre uno splendido panorama e una tranquillita' assoluta . Per gli sportivi sono a disposizione due splendide mountain bikes da usare per muoversi. I padroni di casa sono gentilissimi e molto disponibili. Unica pecca la pulizia della casa fatta un po superficialmente.

Una brutta esperienza

"Abbiamo scelto questa casa vacanza per trascorrere il nostro capodanno al mare. Il prezzo era conveniente il contesto è molto bello. Appena entrati in casa ci siamo subito resi conto che le condizioni igienico sanitarie erano pessime: 1)Gomitoli di polvere ovunque 2)tavoli e sedie con a dir poco un dito di polvere 3)bagno sporco 4)polvere di 1 centimetro su tutti i mobili 5)televisioni vecchie e senza digitale terrestre quindi inutilizzabili 6)riscaldamento attaccato alla bombola del gas , dopo 12 ore siamo rimasti senza riscaldamento ne acqua calda al 29 dicembre(nonostante sopraluogo dei proprietari alle 23.00 ) 7)E PER ULTIMO LA CASA ERA PIENA DI RAGNI COMUNI DI CUI NE ABBIAMO UCCISI CIRCA 30 E 10 DI RAGNI PELOSI CON SOLO LA PANCIA DI 2 CENTIMENTI CHE SONO STATI CATTURATI E MOSTRATI AI PROPRIETARI INCREDULI . Alla fine abbiamo dovuto abbandonare la casa dopo aver passato una notte insonne a causa dell''infestazione dei ragni. Per fortuna abbiamo trovato durante la notte una struttura che ci ha accolto il giorno dopo . La cosa che ci ha lasciato di stucco è che i proprietari hanno sostenuto che la casa fosse stata pulita da poco mentre noi per renderla abitabile abbiamo dovuto ,in 6, impiegare 3 ore di tempo per pulire la casa. A saperlo prima!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Insomma , una brutta esperienza "
