Beachcomb Cottage is a beautifully renovated, semi-detached holiday villa offering a blend of luxurious comfort and coastal charm. Refurbished in 2021, the villa is bright, spacious, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. Its open-plan layout on the ground floor features a welcoming living, dining, and kitchen area, complete with large patio doors that open onto a private, south-facing garden—an ideal spot for enjoying morning coffee or evening sunsets. A convenient WC is also located on this floor for added comfort.



Upstairs, the cottage has three thoughtfully designed bedrooms, including a master with an en-suite, providing comfortable accommodation for families or groups. A modern family bathroom adds extra convenience. The front and rear gardens give the home a pleasant, secluded atmosphere, and the property comes with a private off-street parking space.



Located just 200 meters from Elie’s sandy beach, Beachcomb Cottage is perfectly situated for beach outings, strolls along the shore, or a short walk to the popular Ship Inn. Elie is a charming part of the East Neuk area, known for its historic fishing villages, scenic coastal walks, and vibrant local scene, including a golf course, shops, and eateries. With easy access to nearby villages, stunning sea views, and proximity to top-notch golf courses like Dumbarnie Links, Crail, and the renowned Old Course at St. Andrews, there’s plenty to explore.



This pet-friendly cottage warmly welcomes families with dogs, making it a perfect base for beach days, coastal adventures, and golf outings alike.
